They are? Wth? I can see them, lol
Any way according to Chad Evans the Raptors have made a strong push for Ibaka in the last few days, Wilson Chandler has been the subject of Magic Nuggets talk, magic prefer picks and young prospects, possible 3 team trade between Magic Raptors and unnamed team, magic not looking for point guards with the draft being a PG heavy draft though Hennigan is very high on Josh Jackson and has done a ton of research on him, Magic's interest in Terrence Ross isn't very high but he's not out of discussions, Magical nba says Magic have been pursuing Butler over a year now and it was confirmed at Hennigans luncheon

Josh Jackson would by far be Hennys most highly profile pick since his tenure here. I love AG/EP but Josh Jackson has a chance to be a better player then both. Its his two-way ability that makes Gms salivate. The guy is a Wiggins/Jimmy Butler mix. This team isnt going anywhere the next 2-3 seasons. We need to reset this rebuild, do it right, and keep Martins/Devos the F out of the way. Go the Twolves/76rs route. This and next years draft is to rack up on top picks. We arent going nowhere without a star player. Since they are not gonna come and sign here, we need to get it through the draft. Getting Josh Jackson would be a tremendous start.

Re: The Trade Thread II
I've only seen some videos on Josh Jackson and I'm not sure I'm seeing enough to say he's got star potential, hes got great athletic ability, but I don't see much offense beyond that to see the 2 way player everyone says he is, maybe im not watching the right videos, maybe I get impatient with other videos, maybe my A.D.D is messing with me and im not paying attention like I should, he just doesn't stand out for me, Fultz does, monk does, dennis smith does, tatum so-so , ball's goofy look in all that he does throws me off, lol

My top 5 for our team are:
Jackson
Fultz
Ball
Isaac
Monk
Their individual skill set aside, I feel like Jacksons fire and competitiveness fuels his teammates while Fultz is just going through the motions.

Well I've watched Isaac play and I thought he was more raw than he is In terms of skill. I think from a mental standpoint he's behind Ball, Fultz, and Jackson.
I've also watched Jackson play and is most definitely a two way player. He has very good court vision (some would call this incredibly good), and he's disruptive on both sides of the ball while improving as a shooter.

Re: The Trade Thread II
I really cannot get on board with tanking this year, I feel like we have a couple pieces that could be legitimately on a contender and we need to focus on keeping them happy and confident.
No matter our record I just don't see the draft providing us with "can't miss" stars, and I'm a little shocked to see anyone wanting us to follow the 6ers mold, the team that fired their GM for lack of direction... they got Embiid yea but there was a good deal of luck in the draft, and luck with his injury recovery. Not to mention I don't personally see them contending any time soon.
If it's me I take the (apparently unpopular) road of a couple moves and hoping for a late seed playoff birth that we can build on. This would be my suggestion...
Orl Recieves: Wilson Chandler
Toronto Recieves: Serge Ibaka
Denver Recieves: Terence Ross + Toronto 2nd
Pair that with whatever the hell a kings ransom is for Jimmy Butler, Orl comsecutive 1sts if that's what it takes but keep LAs first for this year so we have invested interest in the draft, hopefully to get a better PG.
Bulls recieve: Evan Fournier, Mario Hezonja, Orl 2017 and 2018 first round picks.
Orl Recieves: Jimmy Butler
I don't think there's a Jimmy Butler in either draft, and I don't know how I feel about our overall drafting ability. Make it known Biyombo is here to backup Nik and move forward with that team.
Elfrid Payton- DJ Augustin - CJ Watson
Jimmy Butler- Jodie Meeks
Wilson Chandler- Jeff Green
Aaron Gordon - Damjan Rudez
Nikola Vucevic - Bismack Biyombo
We would retain all of our flexibility of playing style and actually have some offense. Draft a decent PG and sign a better backup wing this summer.

Re: The Trade Thread II
I see a lot of jimmy Butler in josh Jackson. With that said, if we have the opportunity to trade for the real jimmy Butler, you do that without thinking twice. That attracts free agents this summer when we have money. Might even get Ibaka to stay at that point, who knows...

Josh Jackson isn't Steph Curry as a shooter but he isn't AG or Elf either.
Watch the games. His mechanics are fine and he shoots a good ball. An NBA shooting coach will have no problem helping help. We saw the results of that first hand with Wiggins the other night. Guys like AG and Elf had (have?) a LOOOONG way to go on their shooting. Jackson doesn't.

There is a reason he shots below 60% from the FT line... how are we going to close out games with him and Payton as our guards?
