who is more childish

Payton with his decision to have his hair like that?

KOQ is decent at this point in his career. Harkless has to better his mental senses in order for his skills to be recognized on the floor. Until it happens, he’s just another Stromile Swift in the making. Just another guy with potential, but the mentality for the game is not there.

I’m simply alluding to all of them having career seasons the second they switched teams.

Hakless was considered an untouchable from most Portland fans just last season.

Their careers may have benefited from the change of teams. Which goes to their favor. And yes, Harkless was considered untouchable last season. For whatever the reason, he regressed. After four years in the league, will he ever figure it out?

Harkless is back to being Harkless after getting that incentive in his contract last year.

Elf's first game with Suns is entertaining to watch. Bender keeps big out of paint, makes life easier to him, Jackson and him had few nice connections

I truly wish Elf well. No... seriously... lead the Suns to the playoffs and GTFO of our way to bottom.

Elfrid looked good. 19/9/6 in 35 minutes. Looks like Phoenix are going to trust him and give him actual starters minutes and not sit him for 14 minutes straight just because his backup hit 2 shots.

it was refreshing to see that...

Triano didnt mess with his head,

That stat line funny enough isnt even indicitive of what he could/should have had

At the very least 13-15 assists, and easily with Booker would have had that

Not to mention all the young kids for the Suns basically had a breakout type game.

This without Booker.

Did nobody in Orlando give him the logic on why cutting his hair would be good for his career? Like better vision and not getting in the way of his shot? Are we ran by clowns?..yes. Yes we are.

Yeah Elf looked really good with the Suns in his first game and got consistent playing time which allowed him to maintain his rhythm. I think his new teammates were not expecting the ball at times especially the bigs as he would have had a lot more assists in this game. He was spoon feeding teammates all night. Interested to see him and Booker share the court together.

I just can't fathom how a team with Devin Booker, Josh Jackson, Chriss, can still suck so much after 2-3 seasons of the same thing. They flat out tanked hard last year for Jackson and now they got him and still suck.

This guy set the Suns back a year or two

Keep balling Elf. Help the Suns win and make them think twice about Trae Young.

If we got a decent return back for Dipo maybe this would be true (because we could stomach it), but yeah, Dipo is just straight up balling and we don't have much to show for it. Although I think Elfrid is a really good fit for the Suns.

Whoa $5M/yr for him? Even backup guards like Corey Joseph, Lou Williams, Ish Smith, Matthew Dellavadova, Eric Gordon, Brandon Knight, Tyler Johnson among many others are making way more than that. Payton as a backup would still be worth at least the average of what all these guys make.

How Marquese Chriss menaged to get worst than he was in rookie year ?
Anyway nice first game for Elf, this fast pace style fits him better than our offense would ever do. Also havig no expetations from PG position ( mostly because literally Suns had the worst PG rotation in nba ) helps. Playing games with no expetations in general helps, because Booker is out. With help of Payton Jackson& Bender looked like top picks last night, both are 20 so they will go up and down in terms of production.

Payton can hope that Suns won't resist Ayton, Bagley or Bamba and will ugrade C position to give him new life as nba starter .

I thought Orlando would surely spent that pick they got in the Ibaka trade (who they got in the Oladipo trade) on Kyle Kuzma rather than trading it to Philly for the 2020 1-20 protected first rounder.

I was very high on Kuzma even before the draft and he could’ve been a huge get for the Magic and eased most if not all the bad feelings away from the Oladipo trade.

Mario, Wes and AG haven’t had good seasons under Vogel? Or let me guess it has nothing to do with the coach.

Well, if you think about it, Mario and Wes weren't even part of the regular rotation before half of the start 5 went down.
