It would've been a better team with Goga and AB playing all season.

These Fultz needs to do a better job at staying in front of his man... he's been garbage at it the whole game.
Defensive intensity needs to pick up as well. Complete trash on that end.

On a different note, Giannis just limped off the court and to the locker room. Didn't look great.

So how is this season gonna be looked at when we miss the playoffs?
See how worring about the way you win games means something. This was showing its ugly head for weeks now. Even in some of our wins.

Giannis getting injured is our only shot at winning a game at this point.

Fultz is outrageously bad defensively.
He gets some steals because he gambles in the passing lanes, but on a play-to-play basis he is just god awful on defense and his inability to get through a screen puts everyone into rotation, including certain young guys who don't like to rotate much.

Paolo needs to watch some clips of LeBron making mistakes and missing shots and then charging back to make up for it on defense.
I can’t hate on Paolo lobbying the refs after every shot since it’s a part of the team’s secret sauce, but he has to balance that with still playing the game.
In half court defense he just has to start making some f-ing effort. If I played with someone like that they’d never see the ball on offense, best scorer or not.

I’ll repeat what I’ve been saying since June of last year…
If this FO doesn’t want to make Paolo look bad they should get a fckin point guard and do their jobs. This isn’t difficult.

Magic look like they are thinking too much instead of playing instinctively. Hou played ok defense but we are making it harder on ourselves by settling. Not a good half whatsoever. Can the Magic grind themselves into this game and keep it close?

A complete disaster that the FO will have to answer for considering we're currently the 3rd seed with a week to go. It'll be on the FO for not making a move before the deadline when nearly everyone else around us did.

He's way overrated on defense.Bensational wrote:Paolo needs to watch some clips of LeBron making mistakes and missing shots and then charging back to make up for it on defense.

Playing defense is optional? I hate the three guard lineup.

Nah that really went out the window when we been hovering around the top 5 for a about 2 months now.
Play in are ok if you actually win the game but do you truly trust this team against the heat in a single elimination game? So you trust this team against the hawks?? He'll I wouldn't trust them against Chicago if Caruso is playing.
This is a disaster slowing brewing....

blow it up! Trade Paolo! Trade Franz Can't Shoot Wagner! Rebuild again! /s
Paolo will be pissed off and have a good 2nd half as he's been doing lately (bad in the beginning, good in the end)
Still might not be enough as Rockets are actually good now and have nothing to lose.

We're really about to end up in the play-in.
