Okay, so I know it is only a summer league game but what exactly is it that we're supposed to take away from the game without overreacting?

I completely agree. If he was 6'4" I think he goes top 10 and would be seen as a potential starting NBA shooting guard.

Jase looked good finishing around the ring.
Penda is ok. He plays a bit grounded for a younger player.
Tristan de Silva is still tds. Nothing changed.

Chris Paul was only 6'1". Thus, Jase could still grow into a productive bench player. Just depends on him.

That Jase is super efficient and doesn't make many mistakes. Penda played well enough but I struggle to see how his archetype plays for a contender without a reliable 3. TDS is 24 years old with a lot of NBA experience. He better have played well

Jase is it! His quick release under pressure is impressive.

Do you guys thinks that Jase can get minutes over Jett?

But Chris Paul is one of the greatest passers/playmakers in the history of the sport.

Jase is short and doesn't appear to have high end point guard skills, which is going to make things far more challenging for him long-term.

I don't see any rotation minutes for either guy when everyone is healthy.

Tyus Jones and Anthony Black will be the reserve backcourt.

As guys are hurt and missing time, I'd probably just roll with Jase. Jett's size hasn't necessarily manifested itself out on the defensive end to date.

I meant that just being short should not stop him from reaching his potential. It up to him and if he grows. Could then be a solid bench player.

For those who are also watching the Mavs vs Lakers game, does Cooper Flagg look like Paolo in his first summer league game? I don't mean anything by it. Wemby had a bad first game but was great in his rookie season. I'm just curious about Flagg because I didn't watch college ball.

Devin Carter had a +0.4 defensive EPM last year. So nothing came easy for Jase.
