Phil has absolutely no experience as GM, but somehow I'd love that to happen.

As a coach he's not gonna do another run.

I feel like Dwight is using his situation as a motivator for the Magic to revamp. I don't think he wants to go anywhere, I think he wants nothing more than to stay in Orlando but he wants help.

I think having Glen Davis who is Dwights friend and a guy with a Ring around may help, and help alot. This may be the "culture" that he is wanting.

He looks really big and beefed up, I hope he isn't worthless like I think he'll be.

Anyone notice my Dwight to Brooklyn sig magically disappeared from Imageshack at the same time we move to Part VI? Hmm...strange..combined with a softened stance of Dwight.

I think Dwight is trying his hardest to find a reason to stay. If Otis can't keep Dwight, it'll be one of the worst GM fails ever. I don't like players forcing their way out of town, but everything Dwight is saying isn't false either. Things have to change.

Have we been linked with Chauncey Billups at all? Right now, Chris Duhon, Gabe Pruitt and Larry Hughes are our point guards after Jameer. Given Dwight's assertion that he would be willing to stay if he wants to see a change in culture and for everyone to dedicate everything to winning, Chauncey could be a perfect addition.

Posey will be amnestied, if he clears waivers I would like him as a vet min guy has that toughness and a couple rings. Especially if we cant get Clark back.

i really hope redick and anderson get moved for a defensive player. don't really see a need for anderson after the baby signing. we have harper to spread the floor if needed plus baby has good range. redick is good but him and jrich are simular talent. need someone who can create off the bounce.

As far as Billups I would love for Dan Gilbert to throw a 1million offer to him so he cant go to the Heat! That would be hilarious if he then came out and said "no free rides!"
