i'm with you there....just wish some posters would be honest with themselves and if they want to leave just leave....nobody is blaming fair weather fans......The negativity does get irritating especially when people think we should of taken this deal or that deal when no one knows for sure what the actual deal on the table was at that point in time at ground zero but we read what so and so reporter says the deal was then it becomes fact....

sh t starts to run downhill...then turns into a sh t avalanche...hopefully some of these downers get over it quick and get on board with the direction we're going in.....IDK maybe i'm not a real fan if i'm not angry about the trade....i just find it hard to be angry when i don't know what other deals were on the table for certain......Especially after Dwight did a great job of handcuffing our options....just too many things we are not aware of just yet....

Finally watched Dwight's half hour press conference... what a mistake. This dude is an even bigger fraud than I thought. All this talk about leading the Magic over the years and the second he's a laker he's cowering to Kobe and the rest of the team.

"I want to be a great leader and i have the opportunity to learn from the best in kobe on how to lead a team. And in order to be a great leader, you have to learn how to follow. I'm looking forward to following in the steps of Kobe and how he leads the team... and steve nash and pau. Because one day I want to be the guy who leads the team to a championship and this is the perfect way to start."

He sounds like a f'n rookie. I hope Kobe turns him into his personal btch. Would love to see him average career lows since his early years.

What would you guys say if Nikola Vucevic turns into the next Dirk Nowitzki?

Completely hypothetical, I do not think those would happen. But, just wanted to get some other posters opinions on it.

Hennigan deserves a statue. And I think that's really the premise of the trade. He's banking on potential. He specifically targeted these guys for a reason. The Laker GM basically said Hennigan waited to get these guys from Philly, especially Moe.

It's particularly interesting to me that we traded with the Lakers and didn't even get Ebanks. We instead got Eyenga. The players we got just seem too calculated. I assume Hennigan has a plan for Eyenga, Harkless, and Vucevic. Or maybe he's really just dumb. We shall see.

I watched some of the press conference, but turned it off after about 5 minutes because basically it was Howard being the fraud he is. Seriously. The guy I looked up to, thinking he was the next Duncan, ended up being 1000X worse than Lebron's "Decision". This guy went from most loved in the NBA and a guy people thought was doing it the right way, to one of the most hated, blue print of how not to act, in a years time.

And apparently we aren't the only people seeing this because his own NBA brothers are talking bad about him and how Kobe, Gasol and Nash may not like Howard's attitude/personality.

That's what I'm saying... he's turned out to be such a fraud over the past year. First all the BS loyalty comments, the awkward SVG lie, and now this. He's considered himself the leader of the Magic for years and now all of a sudden he's relegated himself to being a follower... just as Kobe wanted him to be when they talked last season. I hope he averages something like 16 points and 10 rebounds next season. That would kill him inside since he's become a real stats wh0re.

Really hope this year several players develop into stars and then future superstars starting with the Magic of course Somebody has to take a leap the way the nba is goin rite now is very boring and I'm not sayin that just because Dwight just left I felt like this for over a year we need more stars in the league hopefully in a bout 3 years that will happen with kyrie, hayward/favors/george/ and zeller and wiggins who will be playing for us

with no rosters move that i made and granted the roster size was bigger than 15 but we still finished with the 10th pick. i did adjust the lineup to Play Harkless over turk because youth is better to play in turks case.
