Correct. I said before that as long as a player made a All-Star appearance from 1970 on, their "good years" are all in consideration.

Being that the clock is luming at 8AM EST...

If you have a pick coming up, make sure that you guys start sending a list of players you want to either myself, the next person in line, or someone you trust that will be around. We want this to move as smoothly as possible and I am very impatient when it comes to inactive GM's.

If you aren't picking because of trade negotiations, at least let us know.

If he's on the clock at 8 AM EST, that would mean he has until 2 PM EST. Unless his pick has to be in BY 8 AM.

Yea dude, if you don't respond to multiple emails in a day of more, and don't even check in ..you gotta go. I think we should have someone who actually wants to play take over while there's still time for them to make a trade, put together a gameplan etc. Jus sayin.

I'd say give the dude until 8:30 AM tomorrow before you guys make any rash decisions. Because technically he isn't OTC, even if it is frustrating.

The clock starts at 8am and he will have the full 6 hours. Then I'll decide.
