Rob contradicts himself: "We believe in our players and the talent level of our players.".....then "I put the blame more on me."

Which is it dude? Unless he puts the blame on himself for hiring Vaughn in the first place in which case, fair enough.

I think Hennigan has done his job. He's brought in young talent that still has a ton of potential. JV just struggled to consistently put the pieces together. Henny's job should be secure right now.

I was just joking, obviously Rob wasn't the source of the problems, otherwise he'd be fired. He was just trying to take defer some of the negativity.

He was just being politically correct, but that struck me as something funny.

The Magic fired the assistants to clear the way for a hire in the near future. I hope it's Karl, I think he's the fit.

Yeah he has acknowledged before he is responsible for the total package. Coaching staff, players, etc.
