He's doing some light stuff on the court so was he already cleared? Or is it part of the rehab? I'm sure the docs wouldn't let him anywhere near a court without them saying OK.

There was an interview where Paolo said he finally touched the ball and tried dibbling and stuff. So yeah.. I guess lightwork is done cuz the Magic team would definitely put a stop to that shenanigans if the doctors wont allow it

This is the Orlando Magic we're talking about guys. They never let us know anything when it comes to injuries. One day, Paolo is just going to show up on the court at random. That's how we'll know he's healthy again.

Same with JI, Harris, and Franz.

Our of curiosity, when the Magic said they will re-evaluate in 4-6 weeks, does that include an update to the fans or were we just projecting? Honestly curious, because Orlando never tell us anything.

Lets just hope he's healing well because if not he may require surgery and that probably means he'll miss the rest of the season

Appearantly Dame suffered this kind of injury before opting for surgery and missing 55 games? Read it on reddit

Cole had a similar injury and he came back a month later and was fine throughout the season. These injuries present different timeline for each players. The Magic staff will do right by Paolo and Franz.

Still, I don't think we are being selfish in asking for any kind of update right now. It has been well over 6 weeks hasn't it?

I've never understood the purpose of keeping fans in the dark about injuries. The Magic are some of the worst offenders in the league. Big market teams could never get away with this and don't even try. They just provide updates. Doesn't seem too hard.

I agree. But ever since that whiteboard fiasco, Orlando went mute. Nothing get out of this organization. We didn’t even know who the #1 pick was for no other reason then Orlando just wanted to stay quiet.

When we signed Patricio for the remainder of the year in 2017, His agent took a picture and posted it on social media. Patricio is seen smiling in front of a whiteboard. That whiteboard had information on who Orlando was targeting in trades and free agents.

I found this article if you wanted to read it.

EDIT: I changed the article, the bleacher report one was very harsh.

Franz will probably be post All-star break if I had to guess

Suggs is going to get alot of burn, he needs to stay healthy and changes his recklessness a bit in his game to help preserve his body

Because in games where theres no Suggs, winning is going to be so hard

Suggs might be an all star if he's able to keep us at .500 level without Franz & Paolo. I doubt it with how bad the schedule is gonna be though

Return to Orlando Magic
