Called Frost leaving over a month ago. He’s the best young coach available. Anyone who thought he would’ve stay at UCF while his name is hot is a fool.

Good luck Coach Frost!

Damn, I thought last weeks game was one of the best all time then I get this game. Craziest best two games of all time. Probably the best moments in UCF football history. Holy crap! Amazing! Frost goes out on a winning note . . .

How? This honestly makes no sense. He is one of the best recruiters in America and has a top 5-6 class right now for Oregon. I am just curious how that is "fools gold". He improves every program that he comes to, and he changes cultures completely. He took USF from utter failure to 11-2.

Congrats on the win, BTW. Highly entertaining game.

I wouldn't get to excited about that. They nearly fired him after the season, the season before 11-2.

Unbelievable season for UCF. Such an exciting football team and that crowd was absolutely electric today. Shame to see Frost go. He had something special brewing there. Hopefully, the next coach can come in and try to pick up where he left it.

I know a lot about Taggart and I am excited. He is exactly what FSU needs, and he will kill it in recruiting here. Can't wait.

I was very frustrated at the game. We made very little stops on defense. it's a miracle we won that game. Since Frost is becoming the nebraska head coach, something tells me he wasn't trying his best to try to blow out memphis. I kinda think he kept it a game from start all the way into overtime.

He can recruit. There is no doubt about that. That's how he resurrected Western Kentucky. He brought a lot of Florida kids up with him when he took the job.

The thing about Taggart is that his resume is underwhelming on the whole, but he also started out by taking a really tough job. He had that one really good season at USF, but up until that time, the USF fan base was still highly skeptical of him. He had as many detractors at that time as he had supporters, which is probably due largely to the fact that most of the fan base was underwhelmed by his hiring in the first place.

He left Western Kentucky before they had any real success and he left USF just as the fan base was really getting behind him, so there is still a lot of skepticism about him.

I like him though. I don't know how he would do at FSU, but you'd have to be patient with him. It has taken him time to get things rolling at each stop he has been at.

In case people didn't know, Frost signed 7 year deal with Nebraska

http://www.rotoworld.com/player/cfb/134371/scott-frost

College football insider reports that UCF HC Scott Frost has agreed to a seven-year, $35 million contract to become Nebraska's next head coach.
While McMurphy is reporting that Frost has agreed to Nebraska's offer, he does add the caveat that UCF's head honcho was feeling "serious cold feet and remorse" in the leadup to Saturday's AAC title game against Memphis. Bleacher Report's Lars Anderson reported on Friday that he's already begun to put together his coaching staff and is looking at houses in Lincoln. Frost, an alumni of Nebraska, has brought UCF to the precipice of a perfect season pending the result of Saturday's championship game. When he initially took over the Knights in the winter of 2015, they were coming off an 0-12 season. Dec 2 - 4:01 PM

True. I know people at Oregon that are insanely bummed we may steal him. He won over the Ducks fanbase in one year.

I think when you give him the existing talent at FSU, plus a team that only went 6-6, you are setting a guy up to have a real nice season and build momentum quickly.

HELL **** YEAH WHAT ANOTHER GREAT GAME TO GO TO.

Can't wait to drive up for the Peach Bowl.

Sucks Frost is gone, but he's a good dude and it sucks Nebraska is in such dire need of him. Give our players a ton of credit. We're getting a lot of kids healthy for New Year's too.

So Frost won't be coaching us for our bowl game? Who's going to be our coach in the bowl game and for next year?
