Everything is being exposed right now. Players that were overpaid. Players that can't create their own shot. A GM that is 8 years in and is propped up by Paolo.

I'm not blaming Mose with that post. Just pointing out the obvious.

Yeah I remember he used to look to pass more in motion but now he seems to have blinders on to go get a bucket.

I also think generally it’s wrong to assume, regardless of what they’re being paid, that guys 2nd 3rd and 4th in the pecking order can all slide up a spot if the guy at the head of the table goes out.
Those guys at 2, 3, 4, etc got paid based on how they performed in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th banana role.
Take away the top guy and the everyone is gonna look worse on basically every NBA team.
Especially on one that was becoming as heliocentric as the Magic were starting to become.

This isn't even a competitive game. How in the world is a Moe/TDS/Franz frontcourt supposed to anchor a good defense? It doesn't look promising. I think JI has to be in the starting lineup.

Why can't we just run a set play for the shooters? Can't be in any rhythm just standing there never involved in anything.... Some players are rhythm shooters they're not built for just standing there

Yeah, he said it and I chuckled. I think it was more about the team putting their heads down and grinding.djguevara114 wrote:GameOver25 wrote:Haha the assistant coach just said it's not about X's and O's.

It’s okay because front office really likes positionless basketball

Your well reasoned post is not welcome here
Clearly the problem instead is Mo shooting when he's open, Franz "putting the blinders on" and not playing Black enough as he sails a pass into the seats

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

Re: 2024-2025 Regular Season Game 7: Orlando Magic (3-3) at Dallas Mavericks (3-2)
Am on a phone so longer post is pain to post, but you have set play where Suggs calls for double screen, never moves to ingage first, let alone second one, throws ball at Moe who recives ball while standing 30 feet away from rim, faced up in wrong directions and being trapped. Gets ball back to Suggs who shoots stepback, contested 3 (brick). So on set play ball was touched by 2 people with only 3 being ingaged in action.
That is just poor set play or something you draw for Curry, not Suggs

AB getting an opportunity to step up and he's failing miserably. What's up with your boy Eyriq?

I didn't like that play. He stopped the ball from moving and then took a tough shot.Orlando Dawg wrote:Jett Air

Modern NBA and we can’t close the gap any closer than 24 points.
