I'm telling ya, it's been gift wrapped for Otis. Pick up the phone call Houston and get this deal done for Chris Paul immediately before the Clippers realize they have a chance.

RT @Mike_Bresnahan: Lakers will get the Mavs' first-round pick in 2012, maybe a second-rounder as well

Can you even trade injured players? Or am I thinking of fantasy basketball or 2k12? I know it's come up at some point.

Source confirms that Odom is gone "for sure," and Paul trade has fallen apart. Not for Howard, either. Source: It's a straight salary dump.

Odom being traded to Lakers biggest Western competition for draft picks and cap room has NOTHING to do with Howard??....right..

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=c7zdzsg

Orlando
Pg-Paul/Duhon
Sg-J-Rich/Q-Rich
SF-Ariza/Harper
PF-Gasol/Davis
C-Okafor/Vet min

That team is essentially perfect
:o

Could you imagine the ovation Pau and Paul would get when they are introduced in the starting 5 of the 2012 All-Star game in Orlando?

I believe you can if you waive the physical. But not 100% sure.

Otis was asked this as his last question of the evening earlier in his press conference thing. He said he's in contact with Earl's people and thinks he might be back.

Sounded like a man negotiating a price with an agent.

When I said OKC favorite in the West I meant to win the West, not get Howard. LAL losing Odom is big, IMO.

Only way @Orlando_Magic deal D12 to @lakers IMO: Demand Bynum, Gasol, make LA take on Turk's contract. Otherwise, no deal. That's just me.

Mavs and Lakers trading = confident organizations. The No. 1 concern is helping your own team. What it does for another is secondary.
