Evans is not the only one reporting this. A couple of Houston beat writers have said the same, Rockets in circling patter waiting to amnesty Scola. Been trying to move him and couldn't get a TPE for him, so have given up.

yeah general board says he was the same person as some other account on twitter because they were tweeting the same stuff. what is weird though is that he has been correct in his tweets, so it was still debated if he was legit. but he was exposed for having mulitple twitter accounts.

If you read his tweets though, they look pretty accurate. But I don't trust guys with barely any followers.

The thought is they are stuck in mediocrity. They make a move this year to take a shot at it, try to convince him to stay, and if it fails, they've got 20 mil in capspace and can rebuild next year. They could always trade him this year at the deadline I think too. If things weren't working out.
