McLemore (No. 1) & Smart (No. 2) a combined 0-for-13 from field in 1st half. Ugh. Now you know why NBA guys are depressed about the draft

TPE size matters, as small chance it could be, Magic need it to grab more picks and assets. TPE can only be used separately too. The Magic 1st also has to be one of their 20's range ones but this is otherwise a solid deal to bring in an all star pg. Jameer would be a concern in terms of play time but I think he can make it work. Gunning for McLemore or Shabazz in the draft would seemingly be goal #1 so he can play off of Rondo. Rondo's 2 year deal should make a good rebuilding window with 3 more drafts in the books.

Not sure how this works for Dallas, they save more cap for Dwight or cp3 but I think they might have logical cap room to pitch only one but to play alongside champs Pierce and Dirk. Less worry in overpaying Mayo and trying to get space for a max FA.

Redick, Mayo, a 1st and some decent portion of TPE seems a good return for the Celtics too. They have interest in Redick, Mayo is a young all star but they'd prob need to flip CLee or Jet somewhere.

Theres a reason the kings gave him away after using the 5th pick on him a couple months ago. They realized hes an average player with low bb iq

If he was on the Magic, he would be competing with mcroberts for the #3 PF spot behind Nicholson and BBD

He's a rookie PF. Teams give up on rookies in their first year now? T-Rob has game and a relentless motor. And he hardly gets playing time. There's a reason the Rockets traded for him. Even with the glutton of PF's they have. For the Kings to give up on their 5th pick and to do so at such a low price is a reflection of the kind of management that has kept them in a rebuilding situation for years.

Kings did it soley to cut 3.something million in payroll. No other reason. They said as much.
