I'm going to go:

1. Wendell - for battling their 3 bigs and winning while also coming up big late in the game
2. Franz - Because he scored points efficiently
3. Fultz - For that period in the 3rd quarter where he orchestrated a big run basically by himself

Banchero sucks guys…

How many games is he going to shoot 30% or less from floor and y’all still call it a rookie wall?! He will now be the second lowest FG% for a ROY — IF he wins it at this point…

He needs to get past this slump. Probably needs to be coached through it, although thought this was one of Mosley's strengths.
But if you think he sucks........

I prefer this kind of wcj... no need to get many points as long as he gets at least 15 boards..

I know some of you guys might think this wasn't a good game for Orlando but watching Orlando play as physical, go for offensive rebounds, really locked in to overcome a team that they have struggled with, this is growth. Good job Orlando.

That was a wild game.

Still trying to recover from that final minute.

All of the frustration that built up over the first 47:56 just completely released on that last play.

It's a shame that the refs had to stop our guys celebrating to check the film. It ruined the moment a bit.

Just funny how sure some of you are on him…

Someone has an opinion, tries to point out things as it happens during the game—continually by the way—to validate that opinion and they’re a troll?

lol Come on guys… My last comment that he sucks was definitely foolish, but all my other points are reasonable—EVERY TIME trying to layup or finger roll instead of playing like a 6’10” big, his low FG on volume shooting, his whiny/moping after weak takes and not getting back… He’s talented, he is not a player to build around as your number 1….

Yeah, to be fair that was your only comment I had read!

That said, you are talking about his current form, sure, maybe not a player to build around. But the Paolo we have had for the rest of the season, well most would think that is a player to build around as your number 1 (not saying that player couldn't be displaced either).

I personal am starting to get a bit worried with his mentality. He plays a little to non chalant for my liking. A lot of it seems to a mental thing but he just isn't playing strong thru contact. I have said it before he is playing like a 6 10 trae young trying to look for constant foul calls and he just isn't getting it.

Buuuutttt, he is a rookie so a ton of diffrent outcomes can happen. He doesn't look like the same player from before his ankle sprain. He is jumper is broken and needs complete work. But his finishing ability and getting to rim looks more like mental thing. I hope he can shake and get back to form. Right now it's not fun watching and I almost cringe when he gets the ball at the top and tries to go 1 on 1 and force a shot up.

I'm not even sure he can hold on to rookie of the year at this Point if the struggles continue(which doesn't really matter but it looks bad).

Having an opinion on Banchero is fine but wanting him traded 53 games into his rookie season is a bit much.

Even if you believe he is not a player to build around--why wouldn't you at least keep him and find someone else? Why would we just trade away talent so that we can continue finding "better talent" in your opinion?

No, we'll keep him.

We have a 6'10" 250 pound POWER forward and coach Mosley has him camped out at the 3point line or trying to drive past everyone including guards. His bread and butter has always been elbow faceups and postups.

I'd also like to see Paolo+Fultz vs Paolo+Cole stats because I'm not sure Fultz is helping Paolo out there. I have a feeling something is going on there but haven't dug into the stats.

I definitely loved the win, and I think WCJ and Markelle are emerging as the leaders of this team. The scrap hard on D and this team is going places in the next couple years.

Now on to Paolo…he’s definitely struggling, but I’m not about to declare him a bad player or anything. We know that’s not the case. I think Mosely needs to prioritize getting Paolo the ball more, it seems like they aren’t feeding him in places to score because others are playing well. If I’m Mosely, I start giving him the ball early and often to start games to get him going and grow the confidence back up.
You look confused...let me fill you in.
