We'd dominate the league with fastbreaks fueled by Vuc defensive rebounding.

jameer is not a fast break point guard he is the starter by the way let's not just put bledsoe in the Starting lineup just yet. We don't even know if he's good enough to run a team, we don't even know how much money we will have to pay just to see if he can actually run the point full time since he will be a restricted free agent real soon. He has no loyalty towards us what's stopping him from signing a big offer? Do we pay a dude who is coming off a lackluster playoff showing and hasn't made any real significant improvement 3 seasons in? Bring him in to learn from Jameer? Honestly if he can't learn something playing behind CP3 then dude is a lost cause. Bottom line Bring him in to flip him at the deadline for a pick, best case scenario in my mind and it's fine if other people don't see it that way

You're not serious right?

Bledsoe made huge strides in his 3rd season cutting down on his turnovers, improving his shooting and adding a bevy highlight reels. His 17.6 per would be welcomed on a team that desperately needs his athleticism. Yes he needs to work on running a team but all young pgs do. Plus his defense is suffocating.

Bledsoe is not a great passer, but he is not a bad one either.

The key is a starting 5 of
Bledsoe
Harkless
Harris
Noel
Vucevic
Still loses a ton of games. And a top 3 pick in next years draft, plus cap space, plus all those young pieces makes for a pretty exciting 2014-2015 season

Not gonna lie...

Seeing the 2 stars of my Blackhawks in Chicago at the age of 25 win TWOOOOOO Stanley Cups, gives me a little hope about our Magic.

Not gonna lie....A lot of Champagne & Brewskis may be talking for me, but Henny (NO PUN....LMAOOOOO) should be able to come through.

POPPIN BOTTLES FOR THE BLACKHAWKS!!! :)....My time with the MAGIC will come soon.

I'm not the bledsoe aficionado by far and i've always been an eye test guy so i go with what i see and my gut and i did watch him in college. Basically he's more or less a slightly improved version of himself from kentucky and some might think that's alright but i'm not so sure man. He's always been athletic even back then, no change there. Shooting is still an issue and will always be an issue imo, decision making is an issue no change there either. Doesn't make anyone better and wasn't really a true point, no change there either.

Now it's just how i feel about the point guard position but for me the true mark of a point guard is the ability to elevate your team and make them better. Can he do that? doesn't look like that to me, Sure his stats as a starter looked good but let me remind you he was playing with talent out there, he was playing with the starters Blake Griffin, Deandre and them. How is he going to look when the level talent goes down? i'm thinking pretty much how he looked in these recent playoffs, ass tastic when playing with his backup teammates

I'm thinking about the fact that we don't have a star that we can give the ball to so we need to rely on a Point Guard to create and set the table for our other guys and for me i honestly don't think Bledsoe can be that guy, especially when i'm not even sure he's a point i think he played alongside chris paul quite a bit at the 2.

I'm not sure i'm ready to give a guy like Bledsoe the keys to the car to run the team and try to create for others. Dude has no feel for Point Guard position imo, anybody who loves the game and watches it a lot knows a point when they see one. The feel for the position, knowing when to set up teammates, how to direct players to their spots. I look at Bledsoe and i see a undersized SG, look at the end of the day he's still young so anything can happen and he's valuable so at the very least we can flip him for something.

you can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig, Bledsoe is an athlete no reason to slap a PG label on him it' doesn't fit him real well. just my view agree or disagree that's cool with me

But that doesn't mean I'm for taking Noel. I've been pro Burke for a long time. But I don't see the above mentioned scenario as a disaster

If Bledsoe doesn't work out we can trade him at the deadline. It's a great trade to make though since it clears cap. I think he will break out and have a great season with us though.

Can someone explain the positives and negatives of this WARP system? Is it legit? Seems like you can't really take college production and translate to the pros. I've look at a lot of numbers and the season with most correlation to future production is 1st NBA season. I never saw anything reliable comparing college to nba.

This Noel report has to be a plant. No way are the magic telling chad ford definitively who their top choice is 3 days before the draft. Maybe they're bluffing for a trade offer from some team below them that covets Noel - Charlotte?

I'm also curious. I posted about it before, but I was listening to some GM say once a GM gets his guy and he's confident he's going to be there, he might leak stuff out to the fanbase to prepare them. He says they might leak that a player is good in a workout or healthy or something like that, and it's just PR to get the fans ready. Sounded like BS, but I guess an ex-GM would have no reason to make that up.

1) Nelson- 5 - If he goes to a contender, I'll be half happy that he's going to a contender, half sad that he's going. Big fan.
2) Davis- 1
3) Afflalo- 1
4) Vucevic- 7 - He's a good C, I'm happy with him there. But we gotta make up for his defensive limitations with an athletic, defense-minded PF. But we may have to keep Tobias next to him. In that case, I'd hope for an upgrade at C.
5) Harris- 10 - the Magic aren't on the better end of a trade all that often. This guy can be special. I see him as a great 2nd option on a championship calibre team. I think that's a realistic expectation. But I'm holding on to a small glimmer of hope that he can be a featured scorer. I honestly don't see much reason that he can't be.
6) Harkless - 7 - A lot like Vooch. I'm happy with him. But eventually I'd like to move Tobias to SF, and that means Harkless at 2. I'm not liking his passing ability in that scenario.
7) Nicholson- 5 - Nice option off the bench. He'll be pretty reliable down the road. His value is underrated right now.
8) Moore- 2
9) KOQ- 3
