He was actually the guy that I wanted to move up to draft. Ever since Kobe was taken, that is.

I am still looking to move up.

I have a mold and players in mind, I just didn't want to reach so soon on them. That's why I'm still looking a late first/early second and something else in return.

The Big O, the only player to average a triple double. Very good value at this point, but MP has his vision.

anyone behind me wanting to move up make an offer now, at the top of the hour i will either trade the pick, or make my selection.

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

new york has been notified that they are OTC.

I had 3 serious considerations at 15 and ultimately went with Julius Erving. Everyone knows about the high flying and scoring but he would also give you 8 rebounds and 4-5 assists, a couple steals, and a block or two and also put up insane playoff numbers in his prime

that said like MP i will consider trade offers, the value was to good to pass up but not sure he fits with how i want to build my squad, we'll see

i didn't attempt to mock because i've never participated and haven't seen any drafting strategies people have used before. i guess player rankings wise it's mostly where i'd have it in terms of the pool of players chosen, save 1 or 2 guys

i didnt even make a mock. winging it is better cuz someone always makes a reach somewhere. i just make a general idea where people go ie like top 10, 20, 30 etc.

Not a fan at all of trades. Dudes are drafting other guys coveted players to hold as ransom for a robbery trade instead of just simply drafting a team you like. Kinda stupid IMO. I knew I shouldn't have given any clues to the Magic about who I was looking to draft at #16, now it'll cost an arm and a leg to get him!

you close to making a pick?
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Trades are part of most BATs.

But anyways, there's lots of other quality players left for you.
