As bad as this game has been AB and Jett are doing what is expected from them. If AB had a shot, he would have been the #2 pick. We just need to be patient with that aspect of his game. Nearly everything else is NBA-ready from AB.

Agreed. The whole point of summer league is to establish a baseline for the coaches to use to work. AB needs to be nonstop shooting from here until the season starts. Doesn’t need much help anywhere else.

Will just add Howard has more athleticism than I thought as well. He has a real shot to be something if he can continue to develop.

We lost this game in the first half. I like the fight in the second half but yeah, this SL team can't shoot. That's a problem.

Lmfao
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

He's done a fair job, I'm impressed with the rookie.

If Black isn’t running Point he’s almost invisible on offense.

I know some probably don't want to hear this but this SL team is resembling some of our regular season games. No rebounds, can't shoot, and the other team does whatever they want in the paint and the 3 point line.

Now imagine thinking he can play *with* Fultz.

Yeah but there is ZERO reason why he shouldn't be running point every minute he plays. That's like sticking Dwight Howard in the corner and wondering why he's invisible on offense.

If Mathurin and Nembhard get injured in this game, it is Indy's fault. Why are they still out there?

The strategy of bringing zero bigs to Vegas has certainly not paid dividends on the glass through two games

Return to Orlando Magic
