I mentioned that we should hire him as a lead assistant last game... assuming he's fired this summer. Mose needs help on that staff.

Clifford is sooooo overrated by Magic fans I swear, dude is mediocre at best. If you are going to move on from Mose you can do a lot better than Cliff.

I'm getting tired of our games being decided by health.... And it's the same guys not healthy every season

The schedule lightens up significantly in February and March. If they can get the kind of health they had in November, they’ve got 20 wins left on the schedule at least.

I’d even say the play in 9/10th game would be a laugh but might be where we’re headed.

Makes me sick that we took Howard over Hawkins. What a bust.

I think Isaac is due to learn how to dribble down a defender on his back and fade into a jumper, it would be insanely unguardable and it would have helped relieved the pressure on a couple possessions or so where he catches ball and does f all with it since it isn't an open 3 or 4 feet from the rim. I'd also work on a slow mo drive for him, learn from Joe and Franz on it because he has the length to get it off in a drive. It's ironic because Isaac is not afraid to take a 3, so why not be unafraid enough for that back down, fade away or a drive.

I don't want to single anyone out but this has been the same exact gripe the last month or so on here, it's getting really old and lazy. We're literally starting to group up the whole lot instead of analyzing them individually too. I am definitely not so high on Fultz and WCJ based on this season alone, but their contracts are either not so bad or nearing their end. And Isaac is someone I literally would still pay 10 mil to on a new contract today.

I think the real gripe is the **** synergy of the roster still. No shooters unless you want it from deeper in the bench. Still can't believe that the last draftees who were must-gets for me were Luka, SGA, and Haliburton too. Cade Cunningham was on the list too but much lower (aka unwilling to send many assets for him). I'm done with my years of scouring League Pass and scouting for a trade target idea, or watching any draft prospect full college games the last few years, they can figure it out for themselves or lose our interest with more 30-40 win seasons or their next couple 50 win seasons and 2nd round exits with a **** cap sheet maxed out.

Yeah seeing what we could have had or either packing the pick with something else to get someone that can contribute, it's starting to look like a franz Vasquez level miss with that pick

I said the same thing about a month ago. I feel like they squandered that pick. Hell they may have missed on the AB pick. We sure do miss Franz.

SGA drives with a left fakes layup with his right and dunk with his left hand on set defense. Guy is 6'5 -ish. That's impressive.

I said it after last game, this was game i was hyped to watch all the way back to November, but yesterday i pretty much figured we have almost no chance at winning.

Having so many injury prone player and expecting to make direct playoffs or fight for top 4 seeds is unrealistic.
And tonight,we had 5 active rotation players out. Ingles, Wendell, Franz, Fultz and Harris. With Isaac just returning back to his usual- 15 min limit/no-back-to-back -games.

Out of nowhere your guard rotation are: Suggs ( isn't PG), Cole ( isn't PG), Houstan (isn't PG) and Black ( today, isn't PG). It's near impossible to win games if you have no guard play AND very average to below average shooting.

Next up Knicks who won 6 of last 7 games. After that mediocre Hawks that looks like winnable game ( albet lost against them last time), 76ers, Heat, Cavs - all 3 entering as underdogs from today's POV.
If they don't get at least some players back (especially Franz) we are entering February with .500 record or below. And trade deadline is just around a corner.

We play them again Feb 13th so you’ve got that one to look forward to now! Hopefully we’ll get a change to seem both teams play healthy then.

Magic should trade for Micic as there PG he just turned 30 and has imo another 2-3 good years in him, he's super steady and great passer who can score if asked to.

We missed 9 free throws. Are we forgetting that?

We make a respectable percent of our free throws and this is a one or two possession game at the wire.

We SUCK at stinking free throws. It’s embarrassing

If we are serious about winning we still need to add a high quality guard who is able to shoot. Been saying that all summer. Its nice that Suggs learned to shoot, but still, you cant win **** when its getting serious and youre playing AB or Fultz heavy minutes and half of your roster in inuury prone.
Go get a qualtiy guard. Plenty are availble. Hell, i will even take LaVine. **** the big contract, its not like we sign a quality player with the cap space anyway. Mikal, Simons, LaVine. Try get them in that order. Anyone but Franz, Paolo, Jalen is available, plus picks.
