I credit this group a lot for really focusing in during this homestand and winning these games. They can't shoot, but they battle and find a way. Admittedly, I was very concerned at 3-6 and Paolo being out. That was a road heavy start, with some of the more difficult games all season, so the rational part of me knew that I needed to keep all that in perspective. But still, it looked grim to me and I was very concerned. To recover like this and take care of business these past four games is huge.

Taking off the rainbow glasses though, even though we cleaned it up in the 2nd half and only had 5 turnovers in the half, 17 is too many when your shooting can't make up the difference. Bad shooting plus turnovers just isn't a winning combination, no matter how good you are defensively.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

It's like the only people he consistently passes to that Paola is out is his brother (first, second, and third option) and then Suggs and sometimes AB. That's it.

Thats kinda like you are descrining a MAX scoring forward. He isnt Luka or LBJ that gets others involved. He is like that Kobe Tmac where you want them to get theirs.

The MAX forward you want or talking about is currently.in out bench rehabbing an injury

Duh. The second unit was moving the ball in the 4th. Franz came in and proceeded to hold the ball and miss layups and brick shot after shot. We went on a run with Franz on the bench.

Franz is good but he's not a max player and the offense should not run through him because he's only looking to get his. AB should have continued running the offense in the 4th when he returned. Suggs is a SG

Anthony Black and Jonathan Isaac both played terrific basketball in the 2nd half!

Goga is a MIP candidate.

Uhh no. Halliburton was 3-14 tonight.

Yeah Suggs is arguably the best perimeter defender in the league and is the heart and soul of the team. His offense is a hit or miss right now given his role but he dominants on the defensive end.

Suggs has got to find some consistency if he wants to make a big jump this season. Today's game is frustrating for me to see. Initially I thought Paolo's absence will elevate Jalen to stardom. His first game he did. But not since. He is still holding it tight on the defensive end. But on offense, we need his 3s and we need his playmaking

After a late night in the ER getting stitches, I can attest to this.

Suffocating defense. JI and Goga were great but the guards were unbelievably good for a stretch there. AB maybe the most impressive. I’m not sure who is coaching them but the ball stripping has to be the best in the league.

Btw I’m pissed the refs allowed Miles Turner to take 6 steps and not call a travel early 3rd quarter…lead to a Siakam 3 that shouldn’t have counted.

Funny. I didn't see this a few years ago on RealGM when Luka had poor shooting nights. Not saying he is the next Luka, but people tend to have extremely high expectations for every game.

Sorry for being a smart ass, it's a fair take. I don't think it's particularly fair since he's having to scale up his usage and bad shots are a byproduct of that.
