It took a village to win this game. We were due a good shooting night.

George Karl 100% coached Sacramento at the tail end of his career in 14-15 and 15-16.

But he wasn't their coach in 2009 when the Magic bombed them out.

That would have been Kenny Natt. Who was their interim coach after he replaced Reggie Theus who got fired earlier in the season.

Jeremy Richardson only hit six threes that entire season btw.

Brian Cook, who also made one in the 4th quarter of that game, only made 11 that entire season too.
I guess we played Karl and Denver 4 days later. I just remember him complaining about us running the score up.

Can we get this man to the free throw line for some easy ones?

So we expect a 0 pts game from him the next?

It's back spasms. If it was the playoffs, he would've played after halftime.

What a relief. By the way, does anyone know why Suggs seems to always have a patch of blood near his knee? Always seems to be hobbling around too.

I think Suggs and Paolo should sit out until we play the Twolves next Thursday.

Paolo should play the moment he's able to play.

If that's Sunday, he should play Sunday.

Suggs... he beats his body up so badly with his play style that he actually does feel like a guy who would benefit from some time off.

I'll raise the "crazy" -- just think that we made 19 with this crew when 15 years ago almost to the day, the '09 Finals squad broke the record with 23 3PM in Sacramento.

I remember staying up for that one.

It was 1 year ago to this day that they broke the record with 25 3s vs. Sacramento Kings. :)

Any update on Suggs? I'm guessing we won't hear anything until tomorrow?

They need to send Suggs to the North Pole ( or Canada ) and submerse him into the ice. Heal up those injuries

Probably more extensive imaging after tomorrow, hopefully its just "back spasms" as reported but wouldn't be surprised if he's out a while too

I only got to watch the first half and all I saw was him ball hogging to some bricks so it's nice to hear he started passing it around some.

I didn't watch game but i feel bad for Raptors, with hardly 20% win rate, they still only have 5# worst record. I did not expect Hornets to bomb so badly.

He passed it around the whole game. The ball didn’t stick. He played well, outside of a few outliers he made the right plays most of the night.

I've seen paragraphs written about him and not drafting Jett (and I'm not even high on Jett), and I think rookies/young talent are so volatile that it's impossible to make grand declarations until at least 3-4 years in. A lot of it is just opportunity and role early on. Reed Sheppard went from being an All-Star in preseason to one of the worst rookies this year.
