they didn't count it because their original call was no basket. They went to video to see if there was conclusive evidence that it was good(ala the NFL).
Refs say (after seeing video) not "enough"
EVERYONE else (after seeing the same video) IT'S GOOD!
The refs for whatever reason did not want the shot to count.
We have been rob of our chance to win twice in a row.

lol the nba is so stupid, ya hide the regs after a suspicious call, right after this stupid donaghy situation...they never learn, they deserve all the bad press about refs they get

Seriously? Now that's something I want an explanation for.
I don't like blaming games on refs, and tonight just like last night both sides had some horrible calls. I remember that offensive foul on Yao when the guy was just standing still, it was ridiculous. But the fact is that in two consecutive games we lost two games out of bad calls on the last second. We didn't deserve to win any of these last two games but the fact is that we could have won both or at least go for OT if it wasn't for bad officiating.
We do have reasons to be complaining, no matter if the rest of the league thinks we're just bad losers. We are being robbed, period.

From a Houston fan, i can't say i am not happy about us winning, but i thought that was a bad call. Also i expected the call to go to home team's favor just for being so damn close... These refs really sucked ass both ways, benched Yao/Dwight the whole game and kept stopping the game. Tough luck Magic.

That's exactly was Scott Anez was saying. You'd think that after all the crap that went down with the gambling charges, the NBA would order the refs to do a freaking powerpoint presentation on the call.
