Because he is more MOBILE and AGILE then Dwight??????? Is this a serious question?

Thank you! Dwight is clunky and immobile.

Serious? There is nobody his size as mobile... maybe in the history of the game! You have your Shaq's and Wilt's, but they were bigger and less mobile. Then you have you Amare's and Kemps, but they were smaller and a different body type. I've seen Dwight catch some of the craziest alley oops and not all of them because he jumped incredibly high to do so.

Yeah he's totally dependent on Dwight. Can't even score 27 and 10 without him, scrub I tell ya.

Add to that Andre Miller having always been one of the best lob passers in the league. And THEN you consider that we have an exhausted Glen Davis, who is undersized and not very athletic to begin with, trying to defend it. The results were predictably ugly.

Um...no! I know Dwight haven't been playing for a while, but that is no reason to disregard all the things Dwight did to McGee when he was actually playing. Dwight is/was more athletic than McGee no matter how tall McGee is.

Don't worry we still have the great Stan Van Gundy.

The counter argument is going to be that he can't do this against good teams. Just giving you a heads up.

Yes Otis is terrible, but can you guys at least be somewhat understanding.

Even when they were all playing it's been painful to watch.

It may have been painful for you to watch, but they produced the 3rd best record in the East.

Still some of the games they have lost this year have been embarrassing. No way they would've only put up 67 or 59 points in a loss even a year ago.

It's not SVG, it's the team. Dwight's teammates are really that bad.

Well obviously McGee isn't going to get 8 dunks with Dwight defending him.

The point I was making was that we can't get mad over the fact that Dwight doesn't get a ton of alley oops per game based on the observation that McGee got like 6 of them tonight.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

The argument is really simple. Ryan needs space to get his shots off. He lacks the skill and speed to create the space needed on his own, so good defensive teams just stick close to him, thus making life difficult for him.

That wasn't fun to watch, but that doesn't negate the fact that they produced the 3rd best record in the east.

Gotta give Ryan some credit for these last few games. The Nuggets aren't known for their defense but he played well. He's been good for what 3 games now? Hopefully he keeps it up.
