Losing culture and a loser coach. This team is fine with losing and it is a HUGE problem. That's what happens when you tank though, especially for as long as we have. But for some reason people around here want to tank yet again. That's not what this team needs. They need a new coach that will hold this team accountable and change how they view losing. Not a coach that smiles after losses and says things like how if the other team didn't make so many shots then we would have won.
That's why I believe JV will be gone this summer. The players dont really respect him and they need a different attitude. JV is too nice.
That's why i think he might be promoted not fired
