I love Jameer but we should of held off on resigning him if we planned on doing a trade like this. I want to see him win a ring, F**K Dwight.

I know Meer JJ & BBD are pretty much the only leaders on this team now, but I think we should've brought in a guy like Jerryd Bayless to run the point. A guy who is young & has the possibilty of growing with a Harkless/Nicholson/Vucevic/OQuinn/ & Whoever we draft next year.

I think Meer is gonna help us win to many games next year (as bad as that sounds). Should've brought in a young PG to run the show & really really tank hard.

I see what you are saying, but I'm pretty sure our tank will be one for the ages. Big Baby is our best player...think about that.

Drew is not in the deal, it was a random nonsense tweet. Blunder status would be x1,000 is we let him go for nothing, it's not happening.

What's the deal with this rumor Magic are trying to move Q too in a separate deal?

I bet the Magic could have gotten Bradley Beal, Gilchrist or Dion Walters for a rental with Dwight. I am talking about Top 5 players that could become All-Stars. Plus, extra's. Instead, Magic picked up mid round average players and mid to late round future draft picks for down the road.

Thus, the Magic just traded Dwight so they can tank in 2015?????

2. What grade do you give the Magic for this deal?

Adande: C. It was bad enough they had to give up the best player involved. But they didn't get the second-best player. Or the third-best. Or likely lottery picks. Maybe we'll see the wisdom in retrospect, but it's not apparent now.

Arnovitz: C-. It's impossible to know the exact offers for Howard that landed in the Magic's inbox, but they ended up with an overpaid veteran on a long-term deal (Al Harrington), a guard on a long-term deal in Arron Afflalo who certainly isn't underpaid, a couple of recent mid-first rounders and three future protected picks. The OKC model requires a Durant, Westbrook or, at least, a Harden. Don't see any of that here.

Gutierrez: C-. Based so far on the quality of player and draft picks the Magic are reportedly getting in return for Howard, it's hard to go higher than that. If reports are true and Magic GM Rob Hennigan didn't drive this deal, it's a bit unfair to ask him to turn the Magic around with what he's been given.

Palmer: C-. Look, it's difficult to put a positive spin on the situation. When you lose a game-changing franchise player like Howard, that should be an automatic F. But they had to do this trade, so that means they had to receive something. I've always liked Arron Afflalo's defensive tenacity, and Moe Harkless could be a solid pro. Harrington can still contribute but is 32. Even with the three protected picks, they got the short end of the deal.

Stein: A very charitable C. Extremely charitable. The Nets' last offer in July included more first-round picks and the combo of Brook Lopez and MarShon Brooks. Houston has been offering roughly $12 million in salary-cap relief to go out and sign someone and a better package of picks. This only works out for Orlando if the likes of Afflalo and Harkless exceed their presumed ceilings.

I think you are underestimating how bad some of these other teams are as well.

Bobcats, Cavs, Raptors, Utah, Suns, Pistons

That alone right there could knock us out of the top 5.

Wish we could just fast forward to the draft lol

How? Dwight completely handcuffed us by giving a list of 3 teams with no assets. Any pick the Nets gave wouldn't have been worth a **** because Dwight and Dwill would have won games.
