This one really hurts.

Hearing all The Warriors Fans and seeing this team blow the big lead make it hurt even more.

Doesn't happen often but I'm genuinely surprised he's been this bad

I hope Suggs know how much we miss him.

Until we get back Suggs…I’m not expecting anything from this team…crazy how Suggs and Moritz are our two most impactful players when they aren’t our two best players

whats funny is I dont think theres any universe that he's as bad

thats how bad and shortsighted Biyombo was. KCP has alot longer pedigree, a team will happily take him on in a trade and hope he turns it around

This KCP signing has turned out to be horrific but the Biyombo one was worse.

Magic made 7 3s in the 1st half and only 4 in the second half. Curry had more 3s than our team combined. Something really has to change with this team.

Paolo & Franz both having great games while having Dray & Jimmy Butler guarding them was impressive

Only makes it more pathetic how the rest of the team couldnt do anything on defenders who arent close to the same defenders that those 2 are

But this isn’t 2k bro!!1

The magic are building for the future!!!

(/green font)

Like building what bro? Weltman hit on some core pieces in the draft.. but has done NOTHING to supplement them or construct a well-fitting team around them. He’s working against them in fact.

Win now vets like KCP.. lotto picks like AB and Jett.. resigning broken down bums like WCJ and Isaac.. Sitting on his hands at the deadline when this team needs shooters and their best bench player went down for the year.. all of the above happened in the last 2 years too

No. It’s not. I can’t sit idly by and care about a franchise that does not give a shít. I hope it never comes to that, but this franchise is a disaster.

ever since that leg injury that he had, he has not been the same, especially defensively

he started putting it together offensively too prior to it, but since then his volume and accuracy has been worse than ever

I don't think KCP is necessarily a bad player. But it was foolish to think we were a place he could thrive. For as much as Weltman likes to tout the human element and the intangible aspect of things, he made that move 100% on theory. Real life sense could have told you that move had a high fail rate. He's a rigid shooter that doesn't create his own space, and yeah he's been mostly good in the more recent half of his career, but he spent his early years not shooting particularly well. Take away the Jokic factor and place him on a league-worst offensive team and it just won't translate. But on paper, it was like, "he fits our defense and will give us shooting, what a genius acquisition." Paper showing once again that it is not real life.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Statistically though, it does make a ton of sense for both of those guys to be so important.

You care SOOO much about posters emotions.

Are you the board psychiatrist?

Can be if you want me to be. Ill just be the overreaction police

Nah just don't like bandwagoning, gotta take the lows and the highs. Makes the highs more enjoyable.

But I do understand the need to vent after a game like this.

I know you are referring to my calling out your claim that some posters are the problem for not giving the front office grief. But that is just hyperbole, excessive hyperbole and makes discussion difficult. It's like we must take sides at either end of the spectrum or something, rather than just having a discussion closer to the middle.

Don't worry, they will all go back to their small, inconsequential lives who have no fulfillment other than occasional witnessing greatness granting them a reprieve from their depressing inadequacy.
