Well in that case, replace Lou with Evan Turner then call it a deal.

Afflalo/Turner/Gasol for Dwight

A Cavs official tells Pro Basketball Draft that news of Orlando offering Dwight Howard in a 4-team deal with the 76ers, Lakers, and Nuggets is not surprising. "They (Magic) want to find as many potential trade scenarios as possible." Magic already know the deal that they worked on with LA and the Cavs is still there if they choose to pursue it.

I'm so sick of hearing/reading about this "rumored" 3-way w/ Magic-Lakers-Cavs. Yes, Dan Gilbert (Chris Grant) and the ONLY ones who want this. Hence, "Cavs official tells".

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA

Orlando's Jason Richardson has been significant name in 4-way talks too, sources tell Y! There's a scenario where he goes with Howard to LA.

Dan Fegan is J-Rich's agent. It all makes too much sense.

If this "rumored" deal is the case, newly signed 76ers' GM, Tom Penn isn't wasting anytime putting his stamp on the 76ers franchise.

I would love to see Danilo Gallinari, Jordan Hamilton or Wilson Chandler here in Orlando.

Iggys playmaking and ability to attack would be more needed than Afflalo, IMO.

I guess Steve Nash and J-Rich have "patched things up", since the ol' incident.

I think J-Rich was going with Dwight no matter what just because the Magic were done with Fegan. Then there were the K-Mart rumors, who Fegan reps, so I thought maybe it wasn't like that. Not sure what their relationship is like. I can't imagine it's good.

Some reporter was saying earlier these rumors leaked so early in the process that they think the Magic leaked them. Usually, if it's later on in the process, an agent will leak, and agents only get involved in trade talks once they been tossed around a few times by NBA guys.

I actually don't think this trade would be as bad as some of you think. I'd be stunned if we didn't get more assets than just Afflalo and I also think Gasol would probably be on his way out. Afflalo is a very, very good NBA two-guard. He can shoot, solid defender. He's like the super version of C-Lee when he was with us. Not an all-star, but a nice player to have who you can count on. Also, Philly and Denver have other potential good young players like Harkless and also have big men, which we'd definitely need. Players like Hawes/Vucecic (sp)/Koufos/Mozgov are all decent big men and have potential to be very solid starting centers. If Turner is involved, then it becomes very tempting. I wouldn't think he is, but who knows. Hard to say what Houston's offer is right now. I would presume that Houston's offer is still better, but this one is certainly better than Brookyln. Afflalo alone would make it better than Brooklyn.

Is Afflalo that much of an upgrade over JJ?
