Someone needs to tell GH that he's 13% from 3 this season.

Tough shooting for Franz. He's making the right play, the shots just aren't falling.

He's being sarcastic

I don't think he is. It's what I've been talking about lately.

This is trying to develop Elf, Dipo, Harkless, Tobias, Mario, Vuc, and Evan at the same time all over again.

Everyone wants to prove that they are a star and no one gets enough reps (or the right reps) to develop.

It's not a problem if you have the right guys trying to play the right way. It becomes a problem if you have guys that are trying to get their own and worrying about the size of their next contract.

On the Atlanta feed, they said Capela got away with a goaltend on one of his shots.

Naaah. Think of it this way, without that trade for Vuc, do you think they would have the guts gor a revamp right now by signing DDR, Ball, Caruso, and whatever moves to surrounf the Vuc-Lav tand in order to compete?

Besides, with Lav and DDR offense, they need the threat of Vuc'a offense in order to keep the defense honest for their primarybscorers otherwose Vuc would punish them downlow. If they just have a defensove C, that defender wpuld cheat a lot to help cover ddr and lav

Their GM is relatively new and was looking to make big moves. That Vuc trade was not good. They would be much better off today with WCJ, Franz, their pick next year and cap space for another rotation piece.

True... with what wcj is showing so far.. plus the contribution of Franz... BUT would that have been enough to convince Zach to stay/resign? Cuz if they didnt do those trades no way would we see Ball,DDR,caruso and etc there.

As i said, they are throwing their dice for a chance to win it all. While we wanted a rebuild.

Zach didn't resign. He is a free agent this summer. WIthout the trade, they're a better team anyway (with Lonzo and DeRozan). Like I said, Vuc has been worse than WCJ (and Bamba) so far and they've been killing it. They would be much better with WCJ and Franz today. Especially with Franz filling in for the injured Patrick Williams.

Nope, without Vucevic I think there is strong case that DeMar doesn't even go there and they'd be considered contenders now. Vucevic is a All-Star caliber player and carried his team to the playoffs for multiple years. Even though he's not playing well now (because he's in a completely different role and offense) his skill set and vet presence make them that much better. Wendell has been playing great but he's no Vucevic.

This is maybe the best game of Cole's career as a distributor. He's had a nice first half.

Best passing from Cole I have ever seen. 4 quick assists and about 3 of them not standard/easy ones.

The bench has played pretty good so far in this game. Getting good minutes out of Ross, Moe, R.J. and Chuma.

Your first sentence is the only valid defense of the trade and it's a big 'what-if?'
