Best prospect since Lebron now huh? Gotta love this Magic fan base. They'll convince themselves of loving the smell of their own farts.

Nevermind, Hope the Magic will prove me wrong.
Paolo is better than every player not named Franz. We have two legit guys now. Wendell is versatile enough as a center and Bamba on. Reasonable amount with JI fills out the roster perfect. Don’t blame Paolo for our guards sucking. Trade them if they can’t shoot/ impact the game positively.

Re: WELCOME PAOLO BANCHERO
Based on the 20 minutes of highlights I watches, his handle and passing are really impressive for a guy of his size. I really like that, tall players who can pass and can handle the rock like guards are extremely valuable. If they can hold their own defensively, of course. That worries me abit, but I would need to watch a lot more of him to judge this part of his game.

I think with Paolo ... It's easy to look at him and forget he's 19 and that he will continue to grow physically and skill wise.
Personally believe in the way that WeHam conduct themselves and their search... And believe they project Paolo's talent to being even much more than we were all giving him credit.
Welcome to OTown!

If Paolo continues to grow physically, he'll be the next Zion Williamson. Fatty McFat Fat.

The only thing im down woth Paolo is hisnfit with us. However, as others said, we don't have THAT guy yet so worrying about fit is useless.
He could be THE offensive maestro for us that every serious team has to lead them in the POs

I can just see it now. Legit Paolo will be giving scrubs like Giannis fits. Championship here we come!

He loses 8lbs of sweat every game. He’ll be fine.

Magic need to surround him with capable shooting talent for other options. The rest of the roster doesn’t make sense outside of Franz and WCJr.
He is not going to be the engine of the offense. But he will thrive in pick and roll threat as the roll man. He can score in ISO but his perimeter skills and ball dribbling could be his best asset

Re: WELCOME PAOLO BANCHERO
With the #1 pick you are not drafting for fit,
You are drafting the best player period.
Right now Banchero is that player. I watched a lot of film trying to convince myself that Jabari was our guy, outside of that sweet shooting I did not see it. Time will tell but we got a good player with lots of confidence

Banchero will be great offensively, no doubt about that. The only question is how is he going to be on defense? If he’s even an average defender, he has the chance to be the best player on a perennial playoff team. We will see, but there is absolutely zero chance he busts. He’s really, really, skilled.

An offensive maestro who doesn't shoot 3s is no offensive maestro. He loves taking the dumbest shots in the game. Midrange pull ups. ...only other thing he does it hit banker 2s unless there is an easy dunk. He's got the offensive game of a Center, but doesn't have the defensive game that you want from your Center.

skin it's really time to move on. your guy is in houston and and there is no reason to try and **** on our pick. Look around the league, most people are grading this an A. Just because he wasnt your pick doesnt mean you should hate on him in his welcome thread. come on man. This was a 3 player draft, and we picked one of them.

Nothing to do with not getting my guy. I had a lot of guys better than him. It's the fact that we will continue to suck for a long time. We're building a team that can't compete in today's game.

Didn't you say Fultz is your favorite player on the team?

Re: WELCOME PAOLO BANCHERO
Best player, best fit. For a decade we needed a potential lead ball handler and we got one. People questioning his handle propably never watched Butler, Green, Doncic, Giannis, Lebron on offense. Size, handle, passing, ability to go to the rim thatsbwhat really matters. 34% percent as a 19 year old is good enough.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !
