The average tenure is around 3-4 seasons. Mosley is now guaranteed to be an above average tenured coach.

The only way I don't see him playing through this next contract is if we fail to advance out of the first round and/or drastically regress.

Love coach Mose and how he runs the team. Pleased to see him extended.

I want to.see his offense once he's given a roster with functional shooting and spacing, can't be judged based on how it's run this year. No doubt he can run a tight defensive unit.

There is an interesting relationship between roster stability at the top of the roster and coaching stability. Both Paolo and Franz were over 2,000 minutes last season and both are on track to be over 2000 minutes this season (Paolo is already there). If Suggs plays every remaining game at his current MPG he'll finish just under 2,000 minutes. So the third banana is still up in the air, but what I'll be looking for is to have the three same players all over 2,000 minutes for three consecutive seasons. That's a tell that the underlying foundation is healthy.

My favourite coach in a long time, and he has done fantastic things with this young squad. He’s helping build the kind of culture other players will be envious of. The future is bright!

Mosley is good at human relations but he needs better point guard and better offensive coordinator. Overall its hard not to be pleased, but regression of players like WCJ, Anthony or even Franz brings some questions. On the other hand there is Suggs making big strides, but he has that innate great work ethic.

We basically just slapped the A-OK on the core. The evaluation period is over. We are rolling with the hand we got.

It's Paolo + Franz + Suggs for the next 3 years minimum.

I feel like head coaches aren't really responsible for the year to year improvements or struggles of guys unless you're putting them in the worst situation to succeed and hindering their abilities. If anything, assistant coaches are which is why it would be nice to hire a big named one. Chip Engelland is probably a bit responsible for OKC's shooting being better compared to Daigneault getting a thumbs up or thumbs down for all the guys they've traded versus all the guys that have succeeded.

Only way he is responsible for Franz three point struggles is if he told him to change how he shoots his threes, which I doubt.

Cole started extremely hot and just became streaky again which he's always been.

WCJ went from 49/24 his first year hear to 53/40. People are more annoyed that he's weak under the basket and plays soft at times. You're either a dog or you're not. Can't be selective at it like WCJ.

Im not the biggest fan of his adjustments but still think this is right move. Hes an ultimate players coach and hes got a team full of young players to buy in and play their role. And think hes a good person to recruit players in future. Im all for it, congrats coach!
