Hey, as long as he gets traded that is the best thing possible.

There have been plenty of great college players that sucked once they got to the pro's.

Regardless of why he sucks, his fault, our coaches fault, God's fault, his race's fault, etc...he hasn't shown anything in his career thus far.

I disagree, he has shown he would be one hell of a poker player. Have you seen his blank face blank stare he does during games? Man his stare is picture perfect. B-E-A-UTIFUL

He is the anti Nash and Parker, because he can defend them, and he has a nice mid range jumper that he can get whenever he wants.

hahaha

It's absurd how someone can be such a Duke fan that they defend only Duke players on NBA message boards.

You are ridiculous. Hopefully you die very soon, and in a painful manner.

No offense.

I would love to see Jameer develope a belief that he will hit the mid range jumper(it's easy for him), because he has it, if he wants it . That mid range would destroy opposing defenses.

Not really. I don't know. I really don't know **** about basketball, but I watched him defend Tony Parker like he could handle him a little bit. I respect that.

Well Ive watched alot of Warriors games. I can tell you Ellis is not a true PG. He does get alot of steals. He can shoot the ball fairly well. He is a speedster. He is amazing at finishing around the bucket, reminds me of Allen Iverson. But a PG he is not. I dont think hes a horrible defensive player, but hes not the best either. The thing I would love about Ellis is he attacks the rim at will. Thats something that IMO we lack most times out. Plus hes another scoring option liable to drop 20+ on you. His passing skills are ok, nothing special really.

He has a great handle. Good decision making skills, and can defend good. Has a good mid range, but what some would call un naturall point guard skills. I think he has the ability to adapt.

found this reply on Denton's forum

Now to get some of your facts fixed. JJ is 6'4" with his shoes off with his shoes on 6'5"1/2 just thought you should know. And for those interested JJ's body body fat is at 7% which I found out is very good meaning JJ is in great shape unlike several other players on the team including Bogans.
Oh and kyleraker if you really want to get things right like how about spelling his last name right it's Redick not Reddick. Here is some other information you might not have heard and that was that JJ held his own against Bogans not the other way around.
The thing that slowed him down was his hand and a sprained ankle in China.
By the way found a great article about how Bogans has been beat by almost every guard he has been guarding. Standing side by side one writer mentioned that JJ is taller then your favorite player Bogans just thought I would mention this little fact/facts.

One other thing every time JJ has been in games with Dooling, Dooling never seems to realize that JJ is in the game. I have watched several times where JJ never gets a touch of the ball because Dooling is playing point.

does this obsessed high school girl post here? goes by cougar13...

i dont know about everything else...but JJ is pretty tall, much taller than I thought he would actually be...but he's no 6'5 1/2 in shoes...he's probably 6'4 in shoes, tops...

i say that he's taller than I thought because i figured he'd be 6'2 bare and maybe 6'3 in shoes, like most small college guards...

JJ problem is his length. He isn't short for a 2 guard. He very short in length for a 2 guard. He is 6'5 in shoes but has a wingspan and arm length of of a 6'2 player. While most NbA players his size have length to that of 6'7 players.
