I was thinkin the same thing Hairy. He said that about Pau then he was traded, now Camby is oddly out with questionable injuries and Denver fans saying him and Najera arent visible on the bench.

I checked the Nuggets game thread, and apparently Karl had planned on resting Camby... but they still haven't actually seen either Camby or Najera on the bench.

The Nuggets were without Marcus Camby (left knee bruise) and Eduardo Najera (rib injury). Camby has been bothered by the knee the past few games and Najera was injured taking a charge in the fourth quarter against Memphis on Wednesday.

denver released a statement earlier today that they coveted Sam Cassel maybe there is some kinda trade going down between them and the clipps. but as good as camby is im not sure hed be the right one to pick up, hes going to be short term bc of age, and hes very injury prone and not to mention wed be getting eduardo with him and (if jameer would be involved) wed be losing a pg for two big men. not sure if im up for that, maybe if they included a pg but denver doesnt have a good pg they are willing to give up

Hmmmm. Maggette and Kaman have missed the past two games with "the flu.''

I'd go to sleep....any of you who are staying awake for any possible announcement. No one else is going to announce any more big trades until after the Super Bowl hype is all over. They want the most bang for their buck. There are only two games tomorrow even.

Besides, a lot of guys have been missing a game or two here or there. It's midseason. A lot of people are banged up -- and apparently the flu has been hitting the NBA pretty hard because it seems like every team has had at least one guy who has missed time with it, and I think that the entire Clippers roster has had it and it's kept them out at least two games.
