Threads is just a copy cat of Twitter with more
Censoring. Instagram has so many bots and threads will have the same issues . Every social media has bots .
I can't see Twitter posts using my mobile phone any longer. I use two desktop computers at my home 8 hours a day for work, and I'm not going to go on them after work to open Twitter links.

Censorship, meaning you can't spread racist crap or misinformation. Like Covid isn't real, or there was fraud without any real proof.

So twitter promotes creativity and threads promotes censorship? :D

Threads still need to improve they way you can share a more descriptive link and have a search feature for trending topics. I think they will. They rolled it out early since Twitter was currently having so many problems.

The funny thing is that some won't join Threads because you can see the real amount of followers they have. On other platforms, they buy bots to follow them. Plus, you can't have a bunch of hateful and racist speech.

The real litmus test is RealGM has 160k followers on Twitter and 203 on Threads. Let's wait and see if that changes.

So we gonna pretend that Twitter wasn't leftis holly grail for 5+ years ?

People just alianate themselfs from things/ideologies/ agendas that they don't support and associate with ones they do. That includes social media.

As far as covid thing goes, everything was fraud. From mass hysteria, mass lockdowns that didn't do anything, to mandatory vaccination that provided you with nothing but you had to get shot in order to get back to job and feed yourself.
6 months later vaccinated and non vaccinated person had identical amount of anty-bodies.
And year after you were forced to shot yourself, shy little study came out to pretty much confirm that vaccination does literally nothing against lasting covid  and in 2023 new study proved that "booster" dosage was apsolute BS and didn't boost anything.

We were lab rats for 2 years to farmacy industry , sooner you get over that life- L easier it is.

Way more lifes were lost during collapse of medical system caused by COVID in times when people couldn't be treated from actual conditions. Not saying COV wasn't "real", but for average person, it was strong cold and nothing else. Most people had it without even knowing they had anything until again mass hysteria forced doctors to test every person that coughs 2 times in waiting room, even if that waiting room is for rectum exam.
Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans. -John Lennon

Love how this guys love Mos.

To be honest, this year will be the year Mosley has to show his capability as a coach. Unfortunately, and as expected, coaches are usually the scapegoats.

I keep telling myself that a 50+ win season is possible for the 2024/25 season. I really, really want to see 41-wins this year!

totally honest: can not expect a bigger improvements in W next year, after this offseason
range imho is between 35-41 W.

hope we confirm and slighlty improve on D,and we slightly improve on offense(liked Mosley until now,but he has to show something more in that regard),nothing dramatic in both areas, but solid baby steps.

one of this board's weakness in evaluating our own roster's potential (including me, a lot of people were off on our win total guesses this last season) is from internal improvement. it doesn't always have to come with outside moves. that being said, yes, shooting has to improve and i think a trade for (insert perfect role guy or disgruntled star) is what will take them to the next level.

i think a number of eastern terms have gotten worse though (hawks, nets, wizards, raptors, bulls (?)) while other teams aren't exactly world-beaters or are up and coming still (pacers, pistons, hornets). questions marks on philly/milwaukee, etc.

one positive from last season is even though i think we surprised with wins over a lot of teams (boston x3, warriors x2, denver, phoenix, etc), we also lost a good number of games vs worse teams that we should've beaten

My early (data driven) expectation is the 11th seed and 39 wins. I think Mosley makes the tough choice to play the rooks more than is in our short-term interests, I think we struggle with injuries as always, and I think we play meaningful games the entire season and just barely miss the play-in. Then I expect a retooling phase as we officially settle on a core and start building around them with veterans and role players.
