This sucks!

There is no sugarcoating it, this was absolutely embarrassing. And in perspective maybe the worst performance of the past decade given the start of the year.

Play in to me was always the goal but when you start 14-5 and look like a power house at home, A fall to play in level team is almost considered a disappointment at this point I think.

With the way they are playing right now and how tough this schedule is this team could serious fall to the 9 -10 range or dare I say that 11th spot just missing the play in again.

Smh this sucks

WCJ. I like him but I’m good with Goga and JI (and whoever else we bring in over the years).

One of the centers, Fultz, and draft picks should get the magic something decent.

WCJ + Cole should fetch a decent return if a decent PG becomes available. They have to be a good defender though along with scorer and facilitator, and I don’t think that player exists without them being someone who’s taking touches away from Paolo, Franz and Suggs.

Sustaining the defensive identity is the most essential thing though.

I was hoping we could avoid hearing insufferable Heat fans. It's expected with Knicks and Celtics fans, but Heat fans are 10x more annoying.

If your best players decide not to show you can’t win.

Same story, different day. The Magic's lack of a point guard that can steady the offense and get players in their spots is glaring. Good teams are recognizing you don't have to defend 1, sometimes 2, of the players on the court at times and just load up on Banchero and Wagner. At the same time, guys just have to hit open shots. Wagner in particular. If he's going to be that guy, he can't be sub-30% from 3. Even our best shooters like Harris, can't go 4/30 in the month. Wendell Carter and Markelle Fultz aren't going to fix that issue.

At some point, something has to give. Expectations are to simply make the playoffs this year, and they'll probably achieve that by beating up on bad to mediocre teams. So I don't think there is any pressure to make a move. But this team is in no way ready for primetime unless they can prove they can shoot the ball with the best teams. This team is just desperate for a scoring guard that can run an NBA offense.

Garbage time I know but at least this unit on the floor is actually cutting and moving the ball.

This a team that gave up with 5 mins left in the second quarter of a winnable game. Not sure how a team can respond after that. Miami didn’t even do anything special.

True but this unit is defending and actually moving the ball. Something the starters didn't bother to do.
