I'm beginning to think that Paolo or Franz will have to speak up about needing help before this front office decide to do anything.

There is a whole 4th quarter. Might as well empty the bench and let them play.

And yes, Wendell is factored into the offense with plays that are built for him. Don’t try to minimise it just because it contradicts what you want to believe.

It's all read and react though man.

If Carter's man doesn't help off, he doesn't get the ball.

If his man does help off, he *might* get the ball. But that's not a "play" being run Carter. It's just not.

So I said:

“I blame Mosley for setting a game plan tonight that has Wendell as the 2nd highest shot taker when he’s playing against one of the league’s best defenders.”

And you refuted that by saying Wendell doesn’t get plays called for him. I’ve shown that he does. Redefine things all you like, but he gets plays called for him and you didn’t seem to know that.

Now you want to say it’s all read and react like it’s a YMCA pick up game. It’s not, it’s professionals who know playbooks and the defensive reactions they’re meant to look for, and spots they need to get to. That’s a game plan, and within that gameplan Mosley will highlight who and where he thinks the team will find easy buckets and where efforts should be focused.

If you think Mosley has no influence on who’s getting shots and where then I don’t know what to say. You can argue about whether it’s a specific play or the result of a looser gameplan, makes no difference to me. Having Wendell featured is the wrong move tonight.

Magic never learns a lesson. Build the roster with a lot of shooter around superstar. Look at Cleveland tonight. They put 3 shooter in the game with Mitchell and a center. Mitchell can do whatever he wants

was thinking the same. We need a player like Dejounte, and a player like Herb Jones, and a lot of internal development.... and possibly a Tyus Jones too

We don’t but that doesn’t mean that you give up and let guys have uncontested buckets and rebounds. We still have a losers mentality.

I agree wholeheartedly.

No the math isn't in the Magic's favor, but they've also KILLED themselves on the margins tonight again.

8 missed free throws
13 turnovers
8 offensive rebounds allowed

It's extremely hard to win when you get more than doubled up from the 3PT line, but if you do face a huge math disadvantage, you have to dominate the margins and the Magic simply don't almost any night.

They had like 10 turnovers because they had a tough time getting in the paint in the first quarter and Cleveland hit some 3s and the team promptly folded. Game was already over with like 4 mins left in the first quarter because they just quit like a bunch of losers. So they miss some shots early on the game and just mail it in, that’s loser mentality.

It’s a system problem starting at point guard.

That's what happens when you play fresh players. Goga should've played too.

What you say is a "play" being called for Carter is simply not. That's the fundamental disconnect here.
