Man loosing JJ and Ryno really hurts. I really hope that Dwight said he would stay other wise I am torn about this.

I don't care that we're giving up so much (Redick and Ryan) for Ellis.. JUST FREAKIN DO IT SO IT KEEPS HOWARD HERE. Ellis is a STAR and play-maker.. .just do it... quit whining lol. Come on GS, accept the deal.

Guys keep in mind that the purpose of any trade we do is not in getting the best possible value or making the best possible team, the one and only point is to convince Howard to stay. If we have to trade JJ and Ryno for two hobos and a dead hooker it doesn't matter one bit as long as Dwight commits to staying.

He does a lot for our offense. But JJ showed he could do the same job, and better. Ellis will be a breath of fresh air for us. Going to be a thing of beauty to watch. I for one am CRAZY excited this is a legit possiblity!!

he is a play maker in the sense of kobe or manu is a play-maker. But yeah, if it keeps dwight, then i am in balls deep. :lol:

So basically we trade a young up and coming PF, great 6th man and a SF who can get hot any time for Ellis and trash?

Sorry, but I don't like the deal. We better be getting a lot more, as in Lee, Ariza and Okafor too.

I think I posted a very similar trade awhile back....not sure which team wants Turk to be honest tho...

I always thought GSW might be interested in Q for his defense and veteran leadership, seems like a kind of guy Mark Jackson would want. They get their big, and a more pure SG in Redick. We would prob throw a 1st to NO? GSW gets out of Biedrins deal. NO gets a potential expiring in Orton, a young PF stud in Ryno, a draft pick, and Hedo...

This sounds pretty close to what would get worked out, if anything, I think.

I personally do not think hedo will got to noh, maybe gsw or no where at all. it makes no sense for noh to take on hedo after sending kaman.

Ellis & Wright's contracts expire in summer of 2013. Biendrins also has a player option for that year. It's possible that we have those three players contracts coming off the books that year; including Jameer (if he's still here. Only contracts on the books would be Duhon, JRich, & Davis.

We could be swimming in cap space that year!
