We're going to go all out and grind out some wins at the end of the season when other teams are resting/tanking. That's the real fear.

I rather build a winning culture with this young core than tank just for one player. Its not like we have vets that will take us nowhere in the forseen future. This is the opposite. I dont believe we going start winning from now on every game. But its really hopeful to see this core grow Up and progress since the tradeline, i didnt feel like this before it. I wanna see rj, wcj, okeke, mo, cole anthony, fultz, isaac development i just cant care less on the draft pick atm fo real. Keep the w's comming young fellas!

Caught the Clippers on their 5th game in 7 nights and missing 5 rotation guys, George, Rondo, Ibaka, Morris and Beverley, and LA just flat out ran out of gas.
In the past week(ish), we've beaten the clippers, nuggets and nets....trust me this team is going to go on a very stupid run at the end of the year while other teams are tanking
Cliff showed his true colors when he went with birch-mcw-tross-ennis for much of the 4th quarter
He's still coaching to win over evaluating young talent
Did RJ even play in the 4th?

I want Cliff to clean up the sub patterns and start phasing Birch out of the rotation (dude is a very solid player and honestly could help a playoff team needing a backup center) but props to him getting this team prepared and putting a very solid gameplan together against Leonard. I am not the biggest fan of Coach Cliff but I will absolutely give credit where it is due.

I want to hate this so bad but I can't. Please nothing but close losses the rest of the way, lol.

you should care, because that's the only way to get someone with either all-star talent or all-star potential...we don't attract those kind of guys in free agency

Randle needs to be benched when Cole gets back, same with bacon and ennis when harris is good to go.

What a game. Lol Sucks that we won but not too mad at it because Chuma keeps showing he can really play. WCJ and Bamba both looked pretty good out there too! I really like RJ a lot as well. Wish we could get him some more minutes somehow.
Also, it looks like Birch is slowly getting fewer and fewer minutes. I feel like Bamba/Carter will be starting soon and Birch will start getting 15ish minutes.

What is Weltman doing. If you're going to blow it up and hype the draft you need to fully commit to the tank and you need to do it now or it's going to be 2018 all over again. Shutdown Ross and MCW (and Harris). Get rid any of Ennis, Birch, Bacon, Porter if they're not in our plans for next season. Fill empty spots with bad g-leaguers to sabotage the team. We want the young players to try their best, but we can't let vets play critical roles in wins.

How many blocks did we have? I feel like we might of had the season high tonight?

I feel like the team and Clifford needed a solid win with the new guys after the trades so internally they know they can compete. Now we need to shut it down.OrlandO wrote:What is Weltman doing. I mean look at Detroit. 8 of their 13 wins are against playoff teams.

Congrats on the win (sorry for the tank loss?) WCJ looked good for you guys. Those clutch time blocks and rebounds were huge!
I like Chuma, good stuff!
*I really think the trade is a win-win. Good luck on the lotto balls!

Every season we win games at the end of the year, miss out on generational talents and repeat, winning culture needs talent to match. You’re not going to win a championship by culture alone, Phili had the worst stretch in NBA history for multiple years and are #1 in the East now. Shouldn’t they struggle cause of “winning culture”? Yall are saying words that have empty meanings.
Hard fought game by the players and I’ll never blame them, but I have little trust in tanking efforts or management stepping in. Concerned that the Cavs,Wiz, Raps, Bulls, Thunder might overtake us at this rate and then posters will be complaining about how we were a pick away once again because of meaningless wins during a COVID season.
