Glad to see my 2nd team beat Michigan today in the peach bowl. Dissapointed Oklahoma won't get it done.

Was hoping Michigan would have put up a better game but I’m not shocked. They’ve been overrated all year and seem to blow it every time they play a ranked team.

"Overrated"

Agreed.

Lol

I'll put that thought aside and focus on possible things instead.

This Alabama team is disgustingly near perfect.

Ugh, ugh, ugh

ehh, i dont know what it is, we have recruited some top kickers, but as soon as they come on campus they forget how to kick. And our LB's cant stay healthy. lost Miller tonight for the game. And Surtain got pretty manhandled. sent our starting Guard Deionte Brown home for breaking team rules. Rakwan Davis had a mental breakdown and took his helmet off in the game, Our RT turned a TD into a FG, i would not have wanted to be him going into half time. and Clemson has a very good defense, better than ours.

Houston gets out the ax for Major Applewhite, rumors are Dana Holgerson is their target.

Applewhite has not really had a great run of things (Saban fired him after I think just one year, had an affair with staff at UT, the Oliver incident)

Mark Richt has had enough, steps down.

Dino Babers to UM a possible target?

yeah, Holgerson may be their target, but i dont know why he would leave WV for Houston.

And yeah, Applewhite wasnt officially fired by Saban after 1 year, but was encouraged to find employment elsewhere (went back to Texas if i remember right). He was not happy with the offense that year.

I gotta admit, watching Alabama the other night and their defensive line. My god those are some big men. Last year I would've loved to play Alabama, this year? Not so sure, they are just on another level. I mean, I'd love to play them just because it'd be awesome to see if UCF could pull it out, but I can't see Alabama losing against Clemson this year, though I guess crazier things have happened so you never know.

Trevor Lawrence is legit though. He'll be #1 overall in two years.

But yea, not particularly looking forward to round 4. It's like watching Warriors vs Lebron every year, it gets boring, lol (at least this year that won't happen in the Finals!).

Sounds like Manny Diaz is leaving Temple less than three weeks into the job, lol. UM hiring a coach without a loss. Not bad. :P

edit: on the plus side for Temple, they got $2.5m for Collins leaving for Georgia Tech, and they're getting $4m for Diaz going to Miami, lol. Silver lining if you're the AD.

Dana Holgorsen to Houston makes perfect sense for all parties to be honest.

It’s definitely a lateral move for Dana in terms of P5/G5. He’s giving up the chance to ever coach for a national title, but he gets a pay increase and frankly he probably has a better chance at reaching a NY6 bowl by winning the AAC than he does ever winning the Big 12 frankly.

West Virginia can pay someone else a lot less money to go 8-4 every year.

Bama was deeper at DL last year.
