Yet other lottery teams figure out how to run more efficient offenses somehow. I blame Mosley for a lot of what he allows to happen. Yes, the roster doesn't mesh well but Paolo should not be dribbling the air out of the ball 35 feet away from the basket. He's not Luka.

See I know you are smart enough to get what I’m saying as opposed to others.

Paolo isn’t being utilized correctly as a first option. The Front Office needs to do their god damn job.

Something something proper PG is needed badly

The team just didn’t have the right mindset tonight. Not enough team ball, too much isolation. Then lazy defensive effort. Not sure you can take a lot away from this one other than they played like they could show up and get an easy W. Bad mindset to have, I’m actually glad they lost like this, they needed a wake up. Take the lesson, don’t disrespect teams.

Very disappointing night For The Magic. Playing down to their opponent finally came back to bite them. This one will hurt in the Playoff Schedule. On a related, The Osceola Magic lost in their Playoffs so all in all, a bad night For the Magic all around.

Problem is... i think he wants to be. He could go chuck mode to be a scorer but yet he tries to be LBJ/Luka by doing this ish.

Maybe it the FO allowing him to do so since its still his 2nd year.
If there is any time for him to explore his game it's now.... So that he can rep his jumper out and get his game to where it needs to be when we're really ready to compete

We could've been in 3rd if we won, but now we're in 5th.

Until he upticks that, they just won't be good offensively.

He has improved and should continue improving. If that is the final form of Paolo and Franz we arent going anywhere.
But today despite filling the stat sheets, he played like an ass on both ends of the floor.

while that is true, a) he's 21 years old, it'd be weird if he's a finished product, and b) isn't part of the inefficiency that he's facing packed paints and double/triple teams very often?

Anyway, to make things worse for me, I was stuck watching the Hornets feeds, and apparently this was their announcers' (and players?) Super Bowl for whatever reason. Yuck. But I did learn that this was their first wire-to-wire win of the year. Double yuck.

Its the Magic way. Good thing is.. i remember it only happens when we are good/winning record.

Remember D12 era where we have 55+ wins yet when we lose qe were ready to trade the entire roster and bringing up nicknames like BUMeer Nelson, Turkoflu, Ra$$$ard, wannabe-French Jordan etc etc

This was an easiest game on a schedule, we are in trouble now as we probably need at least two more wins to make playoffs

   reading the forum it sounds like we might have to include Franz and a frp to help bring up the value. This after our most winningest season in over a decade that he helped make... can't make this up.

We have the 3rd worst offense in the league. For the entire season. I'm not saying what I'm saying because of tonight. I've been on repeat about Mosley needing to bring in an offense coordinator all year. This offense is gross.

I think the secret is we need another Isaac who can play a full 36mpg and full season, along with some more competent playmaking. Man we miss Isaac a lot when he doesn’t play.

Its a compliment when opposing teams xone up for us. We are their superbowl instead of thinking we are automatic win

Yep... We need a DPOY caliber big to erase how craptastic our offense is. That is the truth.

The players got to come out and play but the coaching staff is supposed to have these guys prepared to play no matter who the opps are.... I've always thought that playing down or up to opps is a coaching issue, it's a mindset.... Don't just get up for the good teams, you have to be ready to go for everybody.... That played a part in this loss

NYK is currently being beat down by Vuc... there is still hope.
