Maybe it was the best deal he could of made....maybe it wasn't.....truth is no one here knows for sure what the other deals was at the last hour......so until we know what the deals were for certain then shouldn't we assume that Rob and Alex made the best decision for the future of the franchise given how handcuffed we were with Dwight saying he'll only sign in one place?

Rudy Gay + Draft Pick for TPE is good
Danny Granger + Draft Pick for TPE is good also

Neither will happen though.

This may be a bit early, but if we can't get our hands on Andrew Wiggins in 2014, look out for Kasey Hill. Best point guard in that class imo. And he's a product of Central Florida. His game and basketball IQ are so far advanced for a high school player. Game really reminds me of CP3. He's been dominating guys all summer and in high school.

If Magic were smart they make a play for Gay. Memphis doesn't feel they need him and would love to shed the salary.

Granger isn't that good and isn't gonna help us rebuild, he would have been nice say 2 yrs ago with Dwight.

Rudy I'd think about.

I like Rudy as a player, but is he the guy you want to start rebuilding around?

Rob is an unbelievable exec. He made the best deal for Orlando. They did their diligence and kept searching for something they liked more. They liked the trade more than anything we could offer. I promise you Rob knows what he's doing. People will feel over time he is a great exec.

how is that being "gullible"

Rudy plays SF. If you get him, what do you do with Harkless?

Yeah he's way young so that's a plus, after watching him in the summer league his only game he played, he looked very timid. I think he might struggle with confidence on offense for a while. Defensively he looks much better.

It's been on the tip of my tongue who Harkless reminds me of i just couldn't put my finger on it until now.....Wilson Chandler....A guy who is a Versatile player who is sort of a jack of all trades.....can score...can defend....can rebound and pass the ball.....i would love it if he turned out like him.....

OK, I just post this here and it is completely not verified but...

Magic are inviting Keegan Bell the PG to training camp apparently. Not sure if it's legit, but he was 4th in the nation in assists last year. Granted, he played for the Chattanooga Mocs.

already 24
never shot higher than 36% in college, (32%, 35%, 36%, 30%-senior year)
3 point fg% (34%, 31%, 31%, 26%-senior year)
75% of his shots come from three, 8.2fga, 6.1 3pfga
average pts (2.7pts, 7.6pts, 9.7pts, 7.9pts - senior year)
he did average 6.2 assist, and 5.7 last year

Dudes got range. He looks smaller than 6 foot 1 though. I would love to have a nice tall point who could defend, are there any of those anymore?
