I find it interesting that we went away from Suggs running the offense... which was working in the first half...

With how bad our perimeter shooting is I would still argue it’s WCJ lack of defense and rim protection that kills us the most. He’s just a traffic cone on defense

This lineup feels like Franz rookie season, which is why we only won 22 games.

I get so tired of watching Cole with the ball in his hands running the offense.

I see these posts a lot but a lot of it is team's game plan to take things away that work rather than us willingly going away from something that is working. If we're able to identify it from the couch, coaches who get paid to do this for a living can tell their team to adjust. There's only so many counters we have with our current offensive talent.

Couldn't even drop 100 on the Hawks who average like 127 points a game and allow the same. Super pathetic.

Well, The Magic ran out of gas after 3 games in 4 nights and they struggled at the line too which further doomed them. On to the next game.

Which is fine cause we have Paolo.

I just feel like Franz is just not the creator nor the passer that Paolo is.

Fultz is done man.

In first half Houstan scored 12 out of our 51 points off like 5 shots.

This team without JI is going to be rough. We are a bad shooting team, our defense is what kept us in the games. I can't even...

Wasted opportunity against a pathetic and weak Atlanta team. They let go of the rope late 3rd quarter and that was it.

Paolo's gravity is a real thing man, just warps the opps defense when they have to send two every time.... Without him, we actually have to run offense and with a combination of personnel issues and lack of creativity offensively with x's and o's we have major issues beating a set defense much less a zone

Exactly this.

The Magic didn't "get away" from Suggs so much as the Hawks adjusted and began defending things differently than they were earlier in the game.

And Suggs, while a nice player who we all like, isn't the kind of singular talent like a Paolo (and sometimes Franz) to be able to succeed offensively regardless of how he's being defended.

True but early signs are good.

Still, a strain could have J.I. out a while.
