In regards to all the rumors, they are perported by SOURCES.

Sources? The Sources should open up their mouth and say who the sources are?

Unless, Dwight, his agent or a Magic representative has something to say, it is all complete speculation. Probably some kid from LA who tweeted or Blogged his wishlist.

^^I'd rather have Lopez and Brooks than the garbage the Clips fans are proposing

Very true, good point... but with that said... this is a "Speculation" thread with all things considered

I would rather not trade him at all. Now, if the Magic have a top 4 record in the league by the end of the year and Dwight leaves strictly for a bigger market, wouldn't that make him a bigger hypocrit than Lebron. I would rather see that happen than get another teams garbage just so the Magic can be stuck for the next decade as a team barely capable of making the playoffs.

At least let the Magic tank so they can get a decent draft pick.

Now most likely Dwight isn't the one that said the clippers are on his list now i would say the culprit is probably his agent...But Dwight's Hands isn't clean of it either...He's saying stuff like "I don't want to think about that trade stuff" "I'm Focused on the team right now" and then allows his Agent to start rumors and leak to "Sources" what Dwight's plans are....To be honest i think this recent quote is just a ploy by his Agent to Keep Dwight's name in the media....The team is winning and trade talks were beginning to subside a bit....then here we go again with this stuff...it's almost like Dwight's agent is trying to remind people that Dwight still wants to leave......

I just wish Dwight would just come out and say either trade me or i'm walking so we can just focus on winning and not have this thing over our head that Dwight's Agent is trying to keep there

I wonder if the Magic can swap JRich for Mayo? Gotta be better value than Morrow.

Yet another option for Howard is remaining with the Magic for the 2012-13 season and collecting his $19.54 million salary, then making his big free agency move in the summer of 2013. But several sources cautioned that staying another year in Orlando is a long shot, given Howard’s hot-and-cold relationships with coach Stan Van Gundy and general manager Otis Smith.

Honestly I don't see a problem with SVG like I see it with Otis! Ex: SVG would out coach Phil Jackson (if both are given this Magic roster). anybody else disagree?

Dwight can have Clips in his list all he likes. They aren't a threat unless they can offload Gomez and MoWill for expirings or cap space. Then again, if they add Jordan to the package then they could very well do just that...

Who said that the Clips are on his list. I doubt it is anyone that involves Dwight or the Magic.

Probably, just some nameless source or friend of Dwight after they had fun watching the Clips win the other night on TV. I bet he got paid to say that also.

Without a named source, it is all speculation.

Clipper fans are delirious saying they wouldn't trade Blake for Dwight. The impact is not even close

Clipper fans aint keeping it real! If Howard wants to be a clipper then Griffin will be trade here along with Jordan. Griffin is a stud but he aint no D.Howard. Howard and Paul equal the downfall of the Lakers point blank. Also if we unload Howard and Turk Dwill will be Orlando Dwill Griffin and Jordan! BOOK IT jack

This is what I was thinking....

If we somehow swing a trade for Dwight and Turk for Griffin/expirer (do they have any?), would we be able to snatch Dwill somehow in the offseason?

Eric Pincus- Hoopsworld

BTW - Clippers I can verify have NO interest in trading Blake Griffin for anyone in the league (including Howard)

@DwightHoward the clippers really? Idk why you can't just campaign Deron Williams to Orlando and go out as a hero instead of a punk

@Dwight Howard
@danteparman love how everything y'all see y'all believe. If it ain't from the horse don't believe it. But God bless u

Yeah, seriously.

I hate when athletes do that. If you didn't say that, then say so. He had no problem saying it about Golden State.

i still believe nj can offer the best trade at the deadline if we must deal him. Lopez+brooks+humphries(exp)+okur(exp) for jrich howard and duhon. also get nj 1st (lotto pick) houston 1st (mid 1st)

NJ has the second worst record at 3-11 and i can't imagine how bad it will be at the deadline.

i actually see jrich's deal to be worse longterm. IDK though both are bad.
