Not sure I agree with you on this one... I think Cleveland is pretty stocked and all the ring chasers will probably follow him anyway -- they could easily trade away players for better fit so it's not like they wouldn't have options with the roster.
Lebron + 5 dleague players pretty much gets you to the playoffs in the east... Hell I could be the starting center and they'd still probably have a shot at the 8th seed with him on the team.
Easier said than done. All those "Ring Chasers" don't just jump at the "Contenders". Lakers never had a ton of "ring chasers" and same with other teams. I seriuosly doubt that Cleveland team even with Kevin Love get to the finals with taht team. Lebron is great, but he can't do it along while a team with Love and Kyrie would just be killed on defense. That is a completley different style team than the Heat and Spurs. Defense wins championships.
I don't know about a ton but off the top head I remember Gary Payton and Karl Malone going to LA to chase a ring, it didn't work but before the season started they were all but crowned the Champs. If Bron goes back to Cleveland others will follow. They're already talking about Mike miller and Ray Allen going to Cleveland.
Also, I think a team of LeBron, Kyrie, Wiggins, Love and whoever gets out of the east easy.
