Anthony Davis shot 40% for the week, Wes Matthews 35%, Khris Middleton 33%, Gerald Green 32% and Danny Green and Nerlens Noel both 28%, which I wouldn't expect to continue. (If it does, I might as well wave the white flag right now, because that's vomit inducing). So I'm cautiously optimistic that my team still has plenty of upside, especially in the efficiency categories.
It was a close matchup. I am going in to the early weeks of the season expecting some big losses but my team put up some respectable numbers, outside of the 3PT and BLK categories. I was expecting my team to dominate the blocks but didn't do much in week 1.
With so many young guys that may or may not get better, I expect a lot of shaky weeks to come. Starting 4-5 is better than expected, though.
