Not really, he is right. We just had a lockout over player rights vs owner control, and here Dwight is modifying his contract to remove a clause that allows for greater player autonomy. Now, that is the situation outside of the context. With context it is clear that Orlando isn't on some mad power grab trying to control Dwight, but instead they are responding to the situation of uncertainty that Dwight's trade request has caused. But yes, Dwight amending his contract to remove the ETO is a lose for Dwight.
