Franz is back in action in a limited role in the quarterfinals, good to see.

Schroder feels like more of a hindrance to Germany than an asset. If Franz hadn't returned from injury they'd have lost this game, IMO.

Germany were cooking in the 3rd when they let Franz have it. Now Schroeder is just killing their offence by trying to play 1 vs 5.

Hands down worst single player performances i have ever watched in my entire life.

4-26 FG. 4 assist around 4-5 turnovers.

btw if you are down by 2 and you play for semi finals, maybe 12 meters 3 point shot isn't best option to go for with 6 sec on a clock?

I think Shroeder took the last 8 shots for Germany... made 2, who he thinks he is?

some nuts on him to even take that shot but yeah, maybe not the best shot....but maybe he just wanted a clean look rather than something contested

Say you love him, and if we believe you, then you can keep it.

Any player can have a bad shooting night, especially forgivable in a must-win knockout game. But the total lack of self-awareness, where he continues to take on bad look after bad look, leaving wide-open teammates waving at him, ignoring how well Germany were doing when Franz and Obst were a factor.... frankly disgusting behaviour.

Sadly, he is who he is. He has acknowledged it was his worst ever game, but he's simultaneously congratulating himself for how he stayed positive and continued to take shots on. Smh.

Markelle is really good with the ball in traffic. He's got that shifty, change of pace like SGA (as opposed to blinding speed) and he uses his body and length to protect the ball well. He also seems like a really nice kid.

I deny the title of "hater". I really do like him and am happy for his "resurgence". But...

Franz with the TCL player of the game award. Paolo and Mo both got one earlier.

USA VS Germany on Friday. We get to watch Paolo vs Franz again.

Markelle is great at convincing teams to pay him money. First 76ers picking him first, than us paying him that much. Masterclass really.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Was Schroeder intentionally getting back at his coach for shoving him in the previous game? Hmmm....
