We look unbeatable when we made shots and play our usual defense.

If we are bad on defense and can't make shots... you get this

We can't reliably make shots though. We haven't had an average offense, let alone a good one, in over a decade now.

I think it's TBD with Paolo. It ain't gonna be top 10 but we could hover around 15 I feel like, with some improvements.

Zero rim protection. JI had an off night. Knicks just waltzed to the paint. Either scored or broke down the defense for a good look at 3.

Goga is more important than I thought. At the very least, we know the archetype we need at C going forward. Hartenstein would have been a great signing

That's what happens when you care about defense too much when adding to the team.

Keep rolling boys. It’s a loss no matter what, please just spare us from an all time embarrassment.

Franz scores 30, so that means I can go talk crap on the GB.

I just don't see it unless Paolo becomes a legit sniper off the dribble from deep like KD. I don't trust Franz or any of the bigs to hit open 3's. Tough to have a good NBA offense when you have 2-3 below average 3 point shooters playing a majority of the minutes.

Magic fans don't deserve a good team. You can be disappointed and not lose your minds over it.

This is different to any other loss. Consider it an elimination game where all they had to do was not lose by more then 30 points - and they’ve managed to do exactly that.

Magic don’t deserve to win anything good if they can’t handle the task of not losing by more than 30 points. Weak AF effort from them.

That's not what I'm saying though.

But if people want to overreact about all of our players or coaches and want them gone, they can watch another team. Not my fault if people can't handle losses, no matter how bad they are.

If my team has played well/competitive for 13 out of 14 games, I am not going to say "they don't deserve anything good".

This has nothing to do with people can not handle the loss. You know how much we are losing? With this kind of effort trying the **** the bed so bad? huh?

Can you take it or not? If you can, but honestly I can not. Why always the story has to come this way? We have +60 before this game. I guess some movie being trying to keep the suspense so bad that we could be out of NBA Cup. That is a JOKE

I think you're underestimating how much other players can fall into place/get easier shots with Franz and Paolo getting attention.

There is obviously a lot of meat left on the bone when it comes to improving areas, specifically either a starting guard or backup guard spot, but the offense of two potential top 20 players in their primes will make us pretty hard to defend in a few years.

I’m fine losing to NY in NY given the circumstances.

Orlando is out two starters, one last minute, and they had a bad shooting night against the best offense in the league.

Yeah, it sucks losing like this on national TV. It’s also not like casuals respect this team even when their winning though…

I can personally take a 12-2 record in our last 14 games, yes.

It would be disappointing, but we will probably get in anyway. If we don't, I just look at it as we don't have to host Boston or play at Milwaukee for the cup.

I like the IST, but it's not a big deal to me.

If he keeps it up, he might make the top 10 next season of players 25 and younger.

That's the problem when your stars are both at SF and PF and neither of your guards are scorers.

I am shocked you are so lax about this. This is the closest thing to a playoff game and we crapped the bed.

The only reason we drafted him? Of course he can't.
