I’m so glad we didn’t.

I was wondering if HOU would give him to us for our pick and Bamba. Green will be electric once he settles down a bit.

If the Rockets would trade Green for Bamba and Orlando's 2022 at any slot, even overall #1, I am an auto-Yes to that trade.

The Magic would be a some-center away from being an awesome roster. Orlando could probably make Mr. "some Center" be Myles Turner for existing assets. Fultz, Okeke, the Denver and the Chicago pick, for example.

Suggs/Green/F-Wagner/Carter/Turner. That could be a dynasty in the making.

The Rockets aren’t trading Green. C’mon now.

Ok…2 frps

Everything has a price…it wouldn’t be cheap, I know-and I don’t want to overpay …but we finally have some valuable assets, I hope we make a bold move.

Ivey was in my top 3 so far but I watched most of a game the other night and focused on his mid-range game since his 3 looks good and he has the athleticism to get to the rim occasionally. He needs A LOT of work on his mid-range game. So much so that I'm not sure that he's in my top 3 anymore. And that is saying a lot because the others have their warts too.

You would need to send them Cole (more proven) + Bamba + picks.

All for a completely unproven kid. Are you willing to do that?

I still don’t know if they say yes to that. Green is likely to be far better than Cole, Bamba is Bamba and this draft might not be special.

How suspicious would it be if Houston were willing to trade him?

Remember, even the best lotto odds are a 48% chance of being pick 5.

And-2

It is beyond ridiculous for me to contemplate him being shifted. He might be the most offensively gifted player to come to the NBA as a rookie at the SG slot in 10 years. Will he be an All-star? No idea. But his tool set is off the chart.

He will not be traded by Houston.

The Magic 2022, the Chicago FRP, the Denver FRP and Bamba for Green is still a hard-no for Houston.

Suggs, F-Wagner and the Magic 2022 FRP? Maybe. But this is the point. The cost is too high. Houston will not trade Green for something a team would be willing to part with.

What do I know? I didn't like Franz at all and complained when we picked him.

Who are all liking with our second rounders? Should have a couple of nice pics in the early 30s.
Reckon we could get a centre better than Bamba with one of those pics

I really like Terrence Shannon. A well built SG with an excellent shooting touch; sign me up!
