ORL needs to get their core established SOON, so they can grow together and peak at the same time…before Franz & Paolo get the vibe that the FO is wasting their prime years by being so patient in building a complementary team. The future is (can be) bright…but it’s coming fast. Optimism can go dark VERY quickly when a star feels like they’re taking a beating every night for minimal team success. We need a third this season. Paolo’s ahead of schedule, which also means his disappointment could come early too…pumping the brakes when things are looking good is a mistake, be grateful and recognize that the timeline could take a leap forward. It’s an opportunity but also a suddenly volatile situation.
