What is crazy is that Paolo made some crazy shots down the stretch but missed the two easiest ones when it mattered.

I really didn't want this team to fight for a play-in spot but I guess that's what we'll do if we can't get bodies back. Tomorrow is going to be a brutal game.

Surprised that Suggs only got a couple minutes in the second half.
Those three first QUARTER fouls must have pissed off Coach. hahah

either that or suggs was sick....but then why play him that late?

We needed that wreckless & wreckum defense!

Goga had played poorly and also hadn't been in the game in about 20 minutes of real time.

Yea you don’t put a guy that cold in. Idk why Wagner gave him so much room

yet he put Suggs and Ingles in at the end...

Suggs is different though man… I don’t trust Goga like that. If it’s WCJ yea it’s a mistake but Mo was playing well against Bam. He just laid way too far off him
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

He wasn't benched. He looked like he was about to collapse in the first half playing sick.

I'm sure he asked to come in for the final defensive stand.

So we put in a guy with a sore ankle and another with the beijing flu, but Goga was too darn cold. Make that make sense.

Coach Mo is an incredible man and knows how to inspire young men, but there is an obvious gap in his ability to scheme and maximize matchups/rotations… This is a bad loss…

The whole "well he put Suggs in, he could have put Goga in" thing... feels like apples and oranges to me.

Suggs is just maniacal. No one compares to him. Even sick, he can come in cold and give 100% insanity effort for one defensive possession.

I don't think Goga's the same kind of guy.

I don't care... get us a guard that can score.

This is where I'm at. We don't put any pressure on teams perimeter guards. We get a legit scoring guard, this is a top 4 team in the East, no question about it.

the irony in that everyone thought we should win this game because the Heat are shorthanded, like we're not missing Franz, Isaac, WCJ, & then Suggs was a no-show because of illness

we really cant catch a break

Tough loss but not an awful loss. I mean guys like Houstan and OKK started today, PGs score 11 pts….

It just hurts because we are traveling to OKC against a really good team on a back to back that beat Port by 62pts, the epitome of a scheduled loss, reminds me of Boston this week playing then traveling and getting destroyed by Mil. That’s the NBA for you.

Someday they will be healthy again.

Did Houstan or Okeke take a 3 in that final 6 minutes? Feels like we went away from the 3 down the stretch there.

He absolutely does both of those things. But he’s no Red Auerbach with the chalkboard. I like him, but I know he’s limited tactically.

Goga playing like **** really hurt, especially in a matchup against the undersized Heat

you realize we're a decimated squad and on top of that Suggs was hardly able to play at all?

Nothing. You’re the only one putting it in that context.
